Fairmont Pizza was our go to place for pizza, but tonight was the last visit. I am not sure what has happened to this business in the past few years but it has gone down hill.
EVERYTHING was overcooked. The pizza was just shy of being burnt and was like eating leather and we used to rave about their pizza.
My daughter ordered a cheeseburger and it was literally, black. The order of cheese fries barely had cheese.
I will say THE ONLY thing that was decent was the zucchini sticks.
The dining room was empty (not one person 5:30 on a Saturday night)
I asked about take-out menus and was told they had none (they never do) but was told you can look at the menu online….BUT the prices were different than the actual prices one of the girls told me. (Does that make ANY sense?)
On top of this I spent 50.00 and gave a 10.00 tip.
Had this been dine-in I would have sent it all back, but unfortunately I did not see what I had purchased until I got home.

Stop by Fairmont Pizza today for lunch and had a delicious meal. We tried the house special that included all the toppings available. It was really delicious. The have great sub sandwiches as well. The menu includes many other items so everyone in your group can enjoy their favorite selection. Not very busy today so very little wait time. Give them a try. The staff was very nice and respectful. I highly recommend having lunch or dinner.

I had always loved this place but the last few times the food wasn’t good I decided to try it again today I ordered a house special calzone it was burnt you could taste it the burnt all the way through I scraped the inside out tried to eat it I couldn’t so I just threw it away $17.50 wasted I will not give them another chance I just wanted to treat myself to something

I looked at the menu on line and selected what I would order. What I ordered was 8.99 each I ordered two and two small salads. What should have been about 30.00 dollars turned into 50.00 dollar’s. When I ask at the window about the difference I was told the prices on line were incorrect When I got home the food was not even good and although salads were bagged separately they were hot. The bottom line is this place sucks! I didn’t even want to give a star but I had to! I will not be going here again

I stopped here for dinner placed a to go order for one large pizza was told it would take 25 to 30 minutes which is normal. I proceeded to wait an hour. but that’s still not the reason I’m leaving a one-star review. I watched an older gentleman take spaghetti out of a container with his bare hands and then lick his fingers put this plate in the microwave turned around didn’t wash his hands continued to touch other things in the kitchen eating in the corner of the kitchen licking his fingers and never washed his hands. But yet the girls putting cheesesteak in sandwiches with tongs had gloves on…. if I would have ordered anything except for a pizza I would have immediately asked for a refund I will not be returning I have worked in food service for years and this is just plain not acceptable practice even if you are preparing your own food you need to abide by food service guidelines. And on top of that when I got my pizza home from a 6-minute car ride it was completely soggy on the bottom if you’re going to make me wait an hour for a pizza at least finish cooking it so it’s not a gross mess when I get it home. Tasted great after I got it home and baked the pizza more and servers were very friendly.

Stopped today at Fairmont pizza for some baked speggitt haven’t been there in years but giving a second chance and should have known if they only had 1 waitress I would have went to McDonald’s.ordered food and young girl brings out my speggitt and rushed away .5 mins later no site of her .I stepped up to counter and asked for silverware for my speggitt then went back to table and eat most of speggitt then had to go back to ask for water and ketchup for fries and she came to table when I was almost done asked her where the pizza was and her reply was it did not come out with your food .I said you was one bringing it out did you forget about the rest of the food .then she says let me check she never came back to let us know
She did not put order in so we got up after hour paid 45 bucks for small baked speggitt hamber and fries and zucchini fries one water and tea .please some one help the owners out and tell them please hire some experience wait staff before losing all there customers that loves there food but service is not even a ⭐ star .

This is normally one of our favorite restaurants, but not this time. We’ve been dining with Miss Sue since Uncle George’s was in Lumberton. The waitresses have always been courteous, until tonight. We ordered small subs and fries, but received chips. I told the waitress we asked for fries. Subs were dry so I had to go ask for house dressing. Waitress came back asking if all was okay; again we asked for fries, and specified 3 orders. She comes back with one tray of fries. I asked about the others; her loud response was, “Well, that’s just how it is. There’s one waitress.” That’s not the customer’s fault. A waitress should never speak to customers in this way. I don’t think Miss Sue would appreciate it either. Always remember to treat customers the way you want to be treated.

Extremely overpriced and no effort put into the food at all. I just paid $35 for this mess. Ordered ketchup, chili and onions on hotdogs. She waits till I get to the window to tell me they didn’t have chili AFTER SHE TOOK MY MONEY!!!
