Fast friendly service. Food was excellent. Not to be picky but there are 4 or 5 potholes in the path of the drive thru that have been there since last summer. For the prices they charge, I don’t see any reason they can’t tighten it up

First time having Panera. It was catered at my work. Catering overall great! Everything was packaged and transported well. The bread was very good. However, the steak and cheese sandwich lacked meat and had some plasticky tasting pickled onions that were very unappetizing. Tried a chicken fontana melt, and that was much better. Would eat again, though I would prefer whole chicken breast as opposed to shredded. Also, I tried an M&M cookie. Do not recommend it. The candy pieces in it were funky colored and you could tell something wasn’t right. They tasted weird. The cookie base was pleasant. I picked all the candy pieces out and ate that. Overall, I wouldn’t purchase their food myself, but I would eat it if provided for free.
They provided beautiful salads, and those who ate them said they were good.

Doordashing there is a bit of a nightmare. Their pickup is behind the counter and even if you can see your order from the front you can’t pick it up, you have to wait in line. And the line can be like 10 minutes cuz all these old ladies talk and want receipts in case their bread is bad or something. I tried grabbing another worker to grab it for me and she ignored me and tried to get the cashiers attention cuz she didn’t want to just grab it for me real quick I guess.

Sigh. You used to be so good, Panera. The breakfast was bad. 90% bagel, 5% egg, 5% bacon (was supposed to be sausage.) Took the sandwich back to get sausage i ordered. Sandwich-maker studied the receipt and the sandwich for 5 min before taking the bacon off.. and setting it aside for another sandwich (the bacon had left the counter…good luck to the next person who ordered bacon.) It was a slow Saturday morning, but still struggled to find a table that was clean. I remember good sandwiches and a clean restaurant…not 2 years ago. I don’t know what happened.

This was my 1st trip back to Panera in over a year. Due to there recent ad campaign I deceived to give it a try. The food was exceptional, the service, ambience & price were disappointing. I find Panera’s menu a little difficult to navigate. Ordered a pick two “bowl of soup” no drink & the price was north of $16.00,
I was not asked if I preferred a baguette or apple “not sure the apple is still an option” either way I did not receive either. The ambiance of the restaurant is a little tired/worn out.

The food and service was great. I did have one glaring issue though. There was a worker loudly proclaiming that she doesn’t get paid to bus tables, that she’s only supposed to be keeping the room clean and stormed off in the middle of my lunch. I thought it was very unprofessional.

I ordered a bowl of Autumn soup. It’s about 12 oz of most wonderful soup.
The soup was almost $9 and it came with a piece of bread. Likely not buying soup from them anymore.
I’m guessing that Panera now is run by a VC and these are things they do.

Food is ok, if small. Service is fine too. Price not so much. Very small sandwich and ONE ounce of chips for 12$? And 3 dollars for a drink???
Didn’t know it was a fancy restaurant.

Always filthy; workers who don’t care (sign of the times). They are always out of coffee, and then get mad when you tell the workers they are out. This location never seems to be able to get it right (and keep workers)
