We came on a Sunday afternoon around 1:30pm and had such a great experience! The food was absolutely incredible. I ordered the hibachi and my husband had the poke bowl — both were fresh, flavorful, and perfectly prepared. You can tell they really care about quality and presentation.

Whoever was in the kitchen that day did an incredible job — everything was seasoned perfectly and tasted amazing. We were genuinely impressed with every bite. We’ll definitely be back! Highly recommend if you’re looking for something delicious and satisfying.

You’ve been warned… Avoid this place and saved yourself a disappointment. This isn’t my first time at this restaurant, but it sure will be my last!

CO stands for for Consistency Optional or Culinary Oversight

Unfortunately, our visit to CO fell well short of expectations, starting with the overall condition of the restaurant. The space feels dated and poorly maintained — stained menus, sticky floors, and worn furniture immediately set a negative tone and raised concerns about cleanliness.

Despite there being only three occupied tables, the wait for food was surprisingly long. When dishes finally arrived, they came out one by one rather than together, making it difficult to dine as a group and pointing to poor kitchen coordination.

The food itself was deeply disappointing.

The Thai Basil Chicken was overly salty, completely lacked basil flavor, and the chicken was dry and tasted old or reheated. Most concerning, the server explained that the wok used had remnants from a previously cooked dish — an explanation that raised serious concerns about food handling and quality. We returned the dish.

We then ordered the Banh Mi Korean Short Ribs, which was misleading at best. There was no identifiable short rib — instead, it appeared to be shredded pork presented as something else. Any Korean influence was absent, and the excessive amount of cilantro overwhelmed the sandwich, becoming the only dominant flavor.

The dumplings were undercooked and bland, offering little in taste or texture. As for the hibachi, you’re far better off ordering from a small takeout or hole-in-the-wall establishment — this version simply doesn’t compete.

To make matters worse, after returning a dish, no manager ever came by to acknowledge the issue or check in. The lack of any managerial presence or follow-up reinforced the impression that guest experience and accountability are not priorities here. A free dumpling coupon was an underwhelming response to the mistakes and delays.

Overall, CO struggles with cleanliness, execution, and honesty in its menu descriptions. Between the long waits, inconsistent service, and disappointing food quality, this isn’t a place we would return to or recommend — especially given the many better options nearby that deliver fresher food and a far more enjoyable dining experience.

The food was good but the service sucked. Our server came to the table only when we called her. The manager asked what drinks we wanted and she never brought us anything we ordered drinks and only water came to the table because the food was so good I’ll definitely return and we’ll cross our fingers that our server is more attentive next time.

The redeeming factors were the gentleman at the front host stand and my waitress (Rachel) . They were both very kind and had a lot of gratitude toward my party for being patient.

I had a reservation for a party of 7 at 6, the reservation was put into place and confirmed well over a month before the date. I waited over an hour for our table, and then we placed our food immediately and waited two more hours for our food to come out. When our appetizers came out, they were cold and our dinner were all lukewarm. BUT the food was actually good, just cold.

The biggest upset of the night was watching who I assume was the manager (colored hair, glasses, female) yelling at the host about wait times, when the entire staff was truly just doing their best. I didn’t see the “manager” doing much of anything other than physically bringing food out, when the rest of the staff was hopping between the host stand, food running, dishes and the kitchen. I think overall the place is really poorly managed, which is such a bummer.

I think this is a cute space, good area, and the food really was good. I just wish it wasn’t cold and the wait was truly insane. My whole party of 7 works in the service industry and it was a lot for even all of us. I personally would avoid this place.

i went for dinner and was very disappointed. First of all the food took 40 minutes to come out and there was barely anyone at the restaurant next while waiting for our food you can hear everyone in the kitchen talking loudly, singing and playing around. The food was not even that good and my noodles were undercooked the food at co southpoint was way better it should not be like this for the price.

Came here for the first time tonight with some friends and really liked it! The vibe was chill , not too crowded or loud and the interior is super cute. Our food came out pretty quickly. I ordered the Korean steak with rice and it was so good : flavorful and a pretty generous portion (at least for me). Also came on a Wednesday and they had $10 signature cocktails, which was a nice bonus. Will definitely be back!

Everything about our CO experience was amazing:

▪️The Food was absolutely delicious! We had the wings, crab Rangoon, crispy rice, spring rolls, and two kinds of noodles !!! All cooked to perfection.
▪️The ambiance was nice. Lowly lit, cool vibe, perfect for a dinner on the town.
▪️The service was great, too! Our server Maya was a sweetheart! She took very great care of us the entire time we were there.

Will definitely visit again!

Does not adhere to reservations so no point of reserving or even paying for such a business.
Booked a reservation for 730 pm on valentine day for whole family and ensured we all reach by 650 pm. Saw guests waiting for 630 pm so thought not a bad delay. Waited till 8 pm after which the maitre’d has the galls to state we can only be seated after 45-50 mins and food can only be served another hour. Had to make a hard decision to never ever come here and will advise all reading this review also do the same till the restaurant abolishes reservations.

I booked valentines dinner 2 weeks i advance for 5:45 pm

I was in line at 5:45 and finally saw the host closer to 5:55. I was told my reservation wasn’t confirmed via email the night before and therefore was canceled but he was nice enough to put me in for 6:30 and would seat me sooner if something opened. My husband and I managed to get a spot at the bar and got drinks and chatted. Around6:30 the bartender let us know the kitchen is backed up and orders placed at that moment would take 40 minutes to an hour. We decided to go ahead and place our orders. 2 appetizer and 2 main dishes. An hour goes by and we had the bartender chef on our order. ( the host never came back to ever seat us for our 6:30 and kept seating other people)

The bartender came out at let us know our meals weren’t yet started. So we have now officially been there for over 2 hours with no food, no table. The bar tender agreed that if she were us she would leave too. We went ahead and closed our 2 drink tab and left hungry.

Very unfortunate way to spend Valentine’s Day dinner. As we were leaving the line was out the door.

They should have done a better job not to over book and likely turned away people rather than deceive them knowing there wilm be an over 2 hour wait to be seated / get food!!!

No apologies, no attempts at rectifying the situation.

Not sure I would give them another chance

Service was 10/10. Our waitress was very sweet. However, the food was not good whatsoever. Very small portions for the price. Summer rolls were $10. I got a salad and added seared salmon – salad was small and had way too much dressing. My partner got the Cambodian bowl. Small amount of rice and toppings. Flavors were just ok. Nothing good or great. Also got the beef dumplings (no picture). They were the best part of the meal, but again, extremely small. And it took forever to get our food. It was a Saturday at lunch time so it wasn’t packed at all. Will not be back.
