I recently tried Due’ Cucina in West Seattle — the pasta was fresh and cooked perfectly, and the portions were just right. The flavors were rich and satisfying, but I did find the seasoning a bit on the salty side, which slightly overpowered the dish. The atmosphere was casual and welcoming, and the service was friendly and efficient. Overall, a nice spot for a quick and tasty pasta meal, though I’d prefer a lighter hand on the salt next time.

My wife was dying to try this place out. Finally did today! So it’s a self order kiosk. Take out and dine in. We dined in. The food was ready in like 15 minutes. The noodles were super fresh. I got carbonara with casarecce and added chicken meatballs and home made pork sausage. and my wife got the short ribs ragu with crest di gallo. We also tried the foccacia, the suppli al telefono, and the burrata. The only thing I honestly didn’t like was the chicken meat balls. The taste was Okay but the texture was weird. Everything else was great. They even have someone check on you after you’ve paid and got your food which I wasn’t expecting. You do have to buss your own table also, which i dont mind at all. There are restrooms, and it’s street parking. There’s a lot across the street but says for the burger spot only. We will definately be back to try other menu items.

Great atmosphere for a fast casual restaurant and good food. Custom order pasta in a kiosk. Chicken meatballs were great, and loved the ravioli. The pasta was good, but not amazing but there are several choices including gf.

Price is really good! Pasta is 13$-perfect! With smoked salmon-5/5 but be prepared that it is really salty, even for a person who likes salty things. Carbonara-3/5 This is not carbonara, just pasta with cheese sauce. Tiramisu-4/5 There is too much cream, the cookies are not soaked enough.

The gluten free pasta is extraordinary. I felt like a normal pre gluten intolerant person again while dining in
I hade the Bolognese pasta and added burrata and I nearly cried because it was so unbelievably delicious. The price and portion size were great. I can’t wait to eat here again.

Usually I order pasta from Due’ Cucina, but recently they’ve added sandwiches to the menu, and its really awesome to have a fast, reasonably priced, very large, delicious, sandwich option nearby! The Mortadella Sandwich is delicious, and I’m really excited to be adding it to my lunch rotation.
The staff is lovely and accommodating, and while I usually don’t eat-in, I always appreciate the chill vibes of the restaurant!

Friendly greeting. Presentation was nice but the Food was very salty. We got the carbonara and mushroom and white truffle oil pasta. Pork belly extremely chewy and large, eggs was mixed in to the sauce. This is a self service place as well. Parking is terrible if you are coming from out of the area.

I’m not sure if it’s the owner or manager, but there is A man consistently there who Is the first to greet you in offers fantastic service. He really makes the experience extraordinary. We appreciate all of the options, especially the gluten-free ones. And it’s amazing to have handmade pasta available. We will be back more and more.

When I saw that you order at a kiosk, and seat yourselves, I was a bit suspicious. BUT the food was amazing! Housemade pasta with truffle oil and mushrooms. Delicious! Friendly staff came to check on us. We resolved to return next time we’re in West Seattle.
