Great food and service, and the boys really enjoyed all the football games on display! Cheese curds were very tasty and the truffle fries were a big hit, plus all the other delicious options! I quite enjoyed the pierogis!

It’s a local eatery that delivers consistent home-style food at a decent price. Don’t expect to be blown away, but I ask for extra turkey on the club sandwich. Thanks, Amanda and Zach!

UPDATE 11/16: The Alpine with swiss, grilled onions and mushrooms with a side pickle and fries. 4/5. Needed salt for me. For what it is and 19.99-ish with everything (IPA beer, fries…happy.

Walked in with my boyfriend on a Friday evening, super packed, barely found a parking spot. We knew what we were walking into.
What we didn’t know is that we would be waiting over 10 minutes AT THE BAR to be greeted, and over an hour for the food.
Both of our drinks empty before the food arrived. And when we did get the food we immediately put in a to-go dessert since we knew it would take forever.
Thankfully, the food was outstanding. I tried the cheesy bacon burger with bacon jam. So GOOD. My boyfriend also really enjoyed the food.
We would say it was worth the wait- but go early on a Friday night if you expect good service.

The waitress was pleasant and it seemed like a good place to stop by for a quick beer with friends. There was no wait time and we were seated immediately I felt like the food was lacking with taste and quality.

We ordered 1lb of wings and burger and some fries and it took nearly an hour dlfrom the time we got in till the food arrived. When the food did arrive it was luke warm at best. There is now way it had not been sitting for a while. Only saving grace was the food was decent even being Luke warm. I would not recommend eating here because of this.

I’ve had several items on the menu and they have all been great. Greek salad, tomato bisque, chicken wrap, perch and the burgers are really good. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Very clean. They offer a different special every day. One of them is the cutlet sandwich that was the specialty of the previous Alpine Tavern. They offer delivery. Worth the trip off of the beaten path.

My husband and I met up with our son and his family for dinner. We walked in and were asked how many people, we stated how many. The waitress, Amanda, stated it would be a bit before she got to us. You aren’t kidding. The place was packed, two tables in front of us and only ONE wait staff. How is that fair to your patrons?? That waitress was running so hard she barely took a breath. We were finally able to order our food but when it came out our middle grandchild was left without her food because SOMEONE IN THE KITCHEN didn’t read the orders and left her out. I know how that feels being the only one left eating while others were done. How is THAT fair to your customers?! We spent a decent amount of money in your establishment and our granddaughter said, it’s ok. It happens all the time. How do you think I felt hearing that come out of my grandchild’s mouth. Apparently there were a lot of unhappy customers that night due to lack of wait staff, lack of peoples knowledge in the kitchen and lack of attentivness. We were there many years ago when you first opened. It was great. Not so much anymore. Shame on you.

Edge of town small restaurant. Looked to be covered by 2 employees including the bartender. Descent size menu. oddly only Coors on domestic draft on a draft deal day. Good twist on regular fries with many toppings. They were good.
The Ruben was also good.
The “JUMBO” wings were a joke. They were smaller then regular wings.

Terrible service. After 2 tables were served that arrived after us, our nonexistent waitress dropped off our food and dissappeared. When she finally made it back we told her the food was not prepared properly. Not only did they refuse to fix the food, they would not make another or discount the meal. Will not dine in here again.

I got the cowboy burger on a pretzel bun. Let me tell you it was perfect. The fries were great and plenty of them. We also like the variety on the menu. Open on Sunday and not to busy.
