I typically don’t go in store to order, but tonight the App wasn’t working. I ordered a salad, with tuna. The guy grabbed one hand, and not a full hand of lettuce, and that was it. Proceeded to ask what else? I had to ask, “Is that all the lettuce that is in a salad? Mind you, my kind is on the fact that this salad is nearly 12 bucks. Way too high for what you get. He replied, “I was just making sure there is room.” What? Isn’t lettuce the main ingredient in a salad went through my mind. Also, in my day of working fast food, there were requirements of how much of each thing goes on what you ordered. I’m not asking for more, but I do expect to get what is required and advertised. This salad fell very short to acceptable. I am beyond disappointed. I will no longer give my business to this location.

This location does not accept online coupons or some of subway’s in-app offers ($6.99 footlong being one example) so I’ve started going to other locations when possible.

Store hours on the door say 9-9 Monday-Sunday but they close at 8 then when you call and ask the argue and say it Doesn’t. Never eat there they don’t follow heath code no hats no hair nets

Always ordered online to get promo deals being offered at the time. Order was placed at 12:45pm with pickup ASAP. Time provided was 1:05pm. I ordered 3 sandwiches, and they weren’t busy at the time and still didn’t even bother to start making them until pickup time! The service at the Heyworth IL subway by the young, bigger girl with different colored hair and glasses has HORRIBLE customer service!!

I ordered on the App for pickup on 5/11/21 5:50pm. The wraps I ordered are typically very messy but these were made perfectly, I’ve never had a wrap made so well, the individual who made them deserves a raise 🙂
