Ordered nachos and cheese and 2 cinnamon twists with s 12 soft pack tacos got everything but the nachos… sauces mild and fire she loaded the whole box with sauce. The meat was so cold ended up throwing everything away. Was not going back out there. Not recommend going there.

Please pay attention to details. Also it’s not the first time this has happened to me at this location. If someone asks for no sour cream why still put it in the food. Before handing out the food check the order if they match. I’m getting tired of people playing to much with food and money.

I hate writing bad reviews, but this one was truly deserved. I went inside the restaurant to place my order at the kiosk. It was a Thursday evening at 6:25pm. Nothing crazy. It took this location almost 20 minutes to fill my order of 3 items. Not only did this take far too long, but the simple addition of ground beef and onions to the items- that I was billed extra for- were not added. I did not discover this until I got home. Additionally, the chicken chalupa had zero chicken on it.
Extremely disappointed in this location. Had better service and better food at other Taco Bells. I will be avoiding this location moving forward.

The drive thru experience was exceptional. Had to wait an acceptable amount of time for our order. It was accurate and very well prepared. Surprised with how good the food was overall. Sadly, they were out of Pepsi but they had an acceptable alternative. Will definitely go back.

I purchased a Mexican pizza and mango tea. The pizza looked like it was threw in the tray and when I got my tea it was water down. Would I come back and purchase these items probably not. The drive thru was pretty quick.

First of all they will only take your order if you pay in cash other then that use the kiosk which charges more then the listed price so I then get a lady who is so over her day extremely rude that she starts forcing item that I did not order then Gets upset she has to remove the item to where I am now frustrated and a gentleman with glasses comes over to take my order took it fine and to the t until I get my food I asked for the name of the MANAGER WHO WAS SO RUDE he asked why I told Jim’s for my review and he then raised his voice and said said she did nothing g wrong and I need to leave their store so to the two managers at 2:30 pm on February 2, 2026 maybe customer service isn’t the place for you

WISHING I knew the NAME of the person who made my order this morning!!!! They always get my order perfect, but THIS morning… someone in the back REALLY outdid themselves!!!! This is now forever my FAVORITE location!!!! Not to mention the cleanest/best looking location I’ve ever seen or been to!!! The manager was also very friendly and so kind!!! We will always be back!!!

Ordered bean burrito no onion. Order was rang up correctly but not made correctly. And if you go inside they refuse to ring you up. They make you place you own order on the kiosk.

OMG THIS TACO BELL NEXT TO THE PUBLIX I. OCOEE. You’ll never have anything.
We ask for coffee and it’s a new one they should have some but NO, no coffee. Then I ask for Sierra Mist and it pure water with gas gross. And on top of that no straws. Like why why why so upsetting. Come on you’ll could do better.
