Whoever the employee is working lunch shift today who doesn’t listen to what customers order, really really really needs some basic food training before she works on the serving line. When somebody says they want a tiny amount of a topping, expect to get a week’s worth of calories piled on instead. Lol

I haven’t been here in a long time. Their chips and salsa are free which is a nice perk. The bowls are also bigger than other places with similar menus. They had a lot of fresh options like cilantro, multiple salsas, and more! It was $12.xx for one bowl with guacamole which I think is a bit pricey. The service was quick and the restaurant was clean. I’ll go back but I won’t go out of my way to visit.

After giving blood today I asked the crew where they go for lunch. They said next door to Moes. Will and Kayden were excellent at their jobs and deserve a full blown raise to 99 dollars an hour. GREAT job MOES.

Terrible experience. Did an online order for pickup. My order was wrong, and the amount of chips in the bag was laughable. I mean like a small handful and some crumbs. I think the employees need to pay attention a little more than this.

Wasn’t a fan of this trip the food was good it’s just you could tell they were busy, short-handed and it reflected on how the food was handled and made. My tacos which are a go to item for me were slopped together in a means to get me thru the line and you couldn’t say anything because that’s all that was the concern was the people coming in. The lady behind me was there for the first time and even she couldn’t get the help she needed to make a decision on the menu items she was ordering. So not a great experience.

Genuinely the worst chicken I have ever had. The chicken did not taste or look real, neither did the steak. The chicken did not even look cooked right let alone taste right. Not only did it taste awful, it also gave me the Hershey squirts not even an hour later. I never waste food, but it was so bad I threw it away before I was even halfway done. Every time I have ever made it myself the food has been great, the amount of chips has been good, and I’ve never had problems. The last two times I’ve ordered on the app for pickup, the order has been wrong with several ingredients missing and like four chips in the bag. Last time they forgot to put chicken on both me and my girlfriend’s bowls. That is the only reason I choose Moe’s over chipotle is the chicken is better and the chips are free, but bad chicken is better than no chicken. Also the app itself has no way of disputing your order so although I didn’t get half of my stuff I’m still paying the full price, which is ridiculous.

If you’re reading this and it’s Monday, then get in the car right now and drive here. Now if you happen to get someone on their first shift ever…then it is what it is but generally you’ll get great food and great customer service at a good price.
