Although the food was tasty – we ordered a pecan salad, chili, a cheeseburger & drink at the drive- thru window at approximately 9:15pm; when we asked for a receipt for our credit card purchase that’s when the atmosphere of the whole experience changed!!! IDK what was up but we were told we had to wait two hours for their system to restart to get a receipt for our purchase & the order window was slide closed in our faces when we tried to get a clear explanation of what was going on. Stella the cashier who took our order began running around inside as if we had asked for something out of the ordinary. So we pulled our vehicle up from the drive- thru & waited for a few minutes wandering why Stella was so agitated & she didn’t give an explanation – one of her co-workers ( a male) who explained we had to wait two hours for their system to restart to get a receipt.After about 10 or 15 minutes after we pulled up from the drive – thru window another male approached our vehicle outside after we requested to speak to a manager or Supervisor at the drive – thru; he produced a receipt for the items purchased but it didn’t show the purchase being a credit card purchase, however greatly dissatisfied with our experience (mother & daughter)we drove away & thanked him that we didn’t have to wait two hours. Still Confused!!!

I WILL NEVER EVER patronize THIS location again! It was bad enough that it wasn’t even busy enough to justify the mistakes with my VERY simple order, but the fact I had to wait as long as I did in the drive through while watching the employees dance & joke around waiting for my order is deplorable! I ordered TWO singles.. one WITHOUT cheese and one WITH.. BOTH had cheese! I also ordered a parmesan Caesar salad they gave me one with NO chicken! I’ve been ordering this same salad from another franchise a few miles away without ANY problem and LOVED it which is why I orders it THIS time! You won’t get another PENNY from me! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!

I can now see why this location gets 1 star ratings.. I Ordered $7 biggie bag with double stack. I asked can my fries and nuggets be hot . And I asked for ketchup and BBQ sauce . Of course when I got my food. Everything was cold. I gave back the fries, they cooked more. when I was given the fries thru the drive thru window with no bag..The hot oil was still dripping from the bottom of the container.I still did not get any ketchup, BBQ sauce or napkins.. This will be the Last time I will goto this Wendy’s.

First, I went through the drive thru and there were three people who took my order and I had to repeat it twice. Next, when I arrived at the window, the young lady was very nice handed me an order then asked me to pull in into one of the To Go spot and wait on my drink. Next, a gentleman comes out and asks, “did you get your food”, I said yes, but not my coffee. He came back with my coffee, COLD. Trusting the store, I bit into the sandwich and it was not what I ordered. My order was incorrect totally. I proceeded to call the store and the mail box was full. Now, I’m angry.
My order was a Single with Cheese no tomato and hot fries and a hot coffee. What I got was a Spicy Chicken Sandwich with two tomatoes and cold fries.

Unfortunately customer service is almost a thing of the past in today’s world. This particular restaurant gave me the worst experience customer service wise that I have had in all of my experiences. The young lady that waited on me was not pleasant at all. As a matter of fact, she expressed through her body language that I was interrupting her or wasting her time by placing an order. After asking her if she was okay because of her unpleasant attitude, she just shook her head yes as she stared at me blankly. She quietly affirmed my order and when I asked her to repeat it because I did not hear her, with an attitude she repeated. That this is accepted in today’s world and not addressed by management or ownership is totally sad and unfortunate. This is, unfortunately, the world that we live in today where people feel like as long as money is being made, the rest does not matter. Of course it goes without saying that I will never return to this restaurant again. I was in such a hurry that instead of going back I ate my lukewarm Burger and counted this a very inexpensive lesson. They would be so disappointed in the treatment that his customers are getting

It’s been 6 months since my last review and Wendy’s is still robbing people on the chilli. If you pay $4.59 for a large chilli, you expect a large chilli. I didn’t eat all day so asked my husband to pick up a chilli for me and didn’t receive a full cup of chilli priced at $4.59. So if we eat at Wendy’s in the future, I will check my chilli. You remodeled the restaurant, but Wendy’s have not remodeled their customer service. Give people what they pay for or close your doors!

First time going to Wendy’s and over five years but wanted to try the biggie bags. The store was disgusting with sticky floors and they did not have any lids for regular size cups got an attitude when I asked for a larger cup so that I could have a lid. Employees making food and working the cash register with the same gloves. Will never return and advise other to proceed with caution.

Locked the dining room doors a whole 1/2 an hour early. The young lady answering the drive thru orders was extremely rude and nonchalant. At least the food could have been good but nope. SMH poor management

Upon entering the restaurant of course I could see they were busy and didn’t want to be at work. Hey I get it sometimes life takes a toll on us and we all need a break.
However when you report to work you must conduct yourself accordingly. I wasn’t greeted when I got to the register.
The young lady with braids ( very slim build ) was very rude, disrespectful, and unsanitary. The employee touched her hair by swinging it off her shoulder and then started to prep the food.
I looked at the manager and asked was the line open? I asked that because myself and another guest was waiting for over five minutes.
The question I asked was directed to the manager wearing a Black polo. The young lady with the long braids rudely interrupted and said what!? I said I’m sorry I was talking to the manager. She states I’m a manager too. You mad because you have to wait. My question and conversation had absolutely nothing to do with her.
I highly recommend more training for the staff and probably new management.

I have been to this Wendy’s three times since the remodel and they have messed up each time. This being the worst and most nonchalant. Today my lager order was missing a sandwich and a frosty. So I went in and the lady after giving my a disturbing look handed me a sandwich. I believe I was thrown off by the look I received only to have to go back in o ask for my frosty. I then received a dripping cup of frosty with a top barely on and no straw, spoon, or an apology for making me come in twice for the remainder of my meal. Now 8-24-23 the same bad service and always leaving out an item making me go inside and ask for something I already paid for
Also every time I get chili it is sloppy and on the outside of the container
Today one of the tops is not on correctly and chili has spilled inside of the bag
