The service was good. They only had one person working and he was great! He was really busy. He gave great customer service. I could not believe all of my food was hot. Burger needs to have more than one person on a shift. Customers have to wait a long time for food in the drive thru and inside.

Burger King on Jeff Davis is not good. Cold burger and fries, little or no taste. I will never go back. The Burger King on Willis Rd is a 1000 times better and tasty.

We go here several times a month. Now we always order on the app (u get bonus points n discounts). But we place the order within a few mins of arriving , n it’s almost always hot n fresh n just getting finished as we get there. The only slightly slightly negative is to check ur bags for sauces if u ordered any, but other then that 1 lil thing every trip is without issue

I ORDER 3 SPECIAL BREAKFAST SANDWICHES THE SAUGAGE WAS OVERCOOK THE EGGS WERE BROWN THE HASHBROWNS WERE COLD I WENT BACK IN THE DRIVE THRU THEY GAVE ME 1 ORDER OD HASHBROWNS THE YOUNG LADY WAS TEXTING IN THE DRIVE THRU I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. Ordered 2 Whoppers, 2 small orders of onion rings, milkshake and drinks. We were not able to get the milkshake but the woman, Tiki S., who took our order let me get a large onion rings. Whenever I have visited this Burger King on Jefferson Davis Hwy in Richmond, VA Tiki has been the one to take my order. She is always friendly and even makes suggestions for me to be sure I’m getting the most for my money.
I appreciate her and highly recommend visiting Burger King at 4700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Richmond, VA 23234!!

My best friend went to BK on 11/05/2024. The order was 2 dbl whoppers plain with only lettuce and tomatoes. Had cheese on them both and on top of that buns were so stale& old that it fell completely apart. Never again will food be ordered from there. Worst food ever. Uggggh!!! Omg!!!!

The lady with the red hair claimed they won’t open but they are open because someone just left out the drive thru I’m a trucker so i can’t go through the drive thru but i c people going through than she claimed they closed but the sign says otherwise then she says I’m not feeling good I’m like but u still came to work though serve me my food
