I go here a few times a week and find it ironic that the sign on the door for help wanted says you have to be “friendly” have a “positive” “cheerful” attitude when there’s two girls in there who are LAZY AND NASTY!!!!! The only time that place was good was when Stephanie was the manager. The manager now is ok but Stephanie ran a tighter ship for sure! I was there around 1:30 on a Friday and besides having a nasty attitude, it’d be nice if they emptied the trash. It wasn’t busy at all! I’m definitely rethinking my coffee run!

The two black guys working on new year’s eve. Refused to make any warm food an hour before the oven was supposed to be closed down. They closed the oven early cuz They didn’t want to serve food to anyone they just wanted to hand out donuts they were very lazy so please fire them both ans find better employees. Id gladly replace them I need a job. I’ll leave the oven open until four p m, like it’s supposed to.

When I arrived at this location the drive through was very busy, so I decided to go inside. The lobby was empty except for two customers already seated. I walked to the counter, and waited to be greeted. That never happened. After 5 minutes of waiting Trancia walked up and asked me what I wanted. I placed my order, two chocolate frosted, one glazed, and one jelly. I didn’t realize she put the chocolate frosted upside down in the bag, and the other two on top of those. When I arrived back home and took the donuts out of the bag all the chocolate frosting the chocolate frosted donut was stuck to the bottom of the bag. There is nothing like paying for a chocolate frosted donut without chocolate.
This store’s staff really could use some training on customer service. I definitely will not be returning to this location again.

I came in bright and early and got a brown sugar dunkin espresso which was first off amazing to have first thing in the morning. The staff was very kind, especially the young woman at the cashier, she was very welcoming. 5 Stars

I used to enjoy coming to this Dunkin’ Donuts in Sewells Point, mainly because of Matthew, who was by far the kindest and most attentive waiter I’ve ever met. He was always friendly, professional, and made every visit pleasant.
I was very disappointed to learn that Matthew no longer works here and that he was let go, despite the fact that he did nothing wrong. Losing someone like him is a real shame.
Because of this experience, I don’t feel motivated to return. Customer service like Matthew’s is rare, and it made all the difference.

I visited this location this morning and was very pleased with the service I received!! I was given the specials for a medium coffee $.58 for today! I tried the white hazelnut coffee and was delighted! I also got a Bavarian creme powdered donut and it was the cutest heart shape. I would definitely visit this location again!

I usually go to the drive thru, the inside doesn’t look great from outside. I stopped at the speaker and nobody’s saying anything, no please wait or anything. I asked you guys do know I’m here right? He said yeah and also we’re busy. I could tell by the two other cats in the drive thru they were slammed. Management does keep them understaffed regularly though. I said ok, because nobody said anything. He said yeah we’re busy and you can also go to any one of the other Dunkin‘ Donuts in the area. So I said yeah I should do that and left. I need to start going to Starbucks again. It was 2:00 Friday the 19’th. Hire some people, schedule them. Just my opinion

Order is never right. Ordered 25 munchkins 1/2 jelly 1/2 sprinkles, whole box is jelly. This is the only dunkin you can order an iced latte with 2 additional shots of espresso and it takes like chocolate milk. Pretty sure they dont even add the additional shots i pay for. Please do better as i am tired of wasting money.

11/27/18 ~ It is absolutely freezing here in South Florida and a great time to get some hot coffee and maybe a Donut or two. We initially went through the drive thru but it was nearing 6pm and it was already dark outside so it was alittle hard to see the menu board (they need to update the plastic cover around the menu) so we informed the man we would be coming in instead. Well, he starts to tell us that it’s a Dunkin’ Donuts policy that if we already pulled up to the drive thru we were not permitted to go inside, we have to place our order there! I look at my Son and he looks at me, we had never heard such a thing! I was about to start videotaping because the next thing he says is if we try to come inside the Dunkin’ Donuts Police will stop us, wait, what? At that point I know it was a joke and then you hear a girl’s voice saying, he’s kidding, as we all had a good laugh! So we go inside and were still laughing as we meet the guy with a really good sense of humor, Ronald and the gal that’s working there too, Teddi. It’s very refreshing to meet 2 funny and friendly employees that obviously love thier jobs! I have never been inside this particular Dunkin’ Donuts, so as I always do when entering a new establishment, I start snapping away so I can bring each store to viewers on Google looking for a good Coffee or donut deal. And without going in we would not of know that Medium Cappuccinos and Lattes are ONLY $2 from 2pm – 6pm! So, of course we got one of each! We also tried one of thier Holiday Donuts (it was a white glaze with giant Chocolate chips), I also ordered the Donut Fries (they look like extra thick French fries but they have Cinnamon sugar on them) we also ordered 6 donut holes, and my Son had to have the Hash browns that he claims are the best out of all fast food! We had alot of laughs with Ronald and Teddi they were so much fun!
Now, we didn’t eat anything until we got home just 3 minutes away. I will say I was Not impressed at all with those Donut Fries! In fact, they tasted stale and were very hard, and hard to chew too! The donut holes also were past thier sell time if it was up to me, they too seemed stale. My Son’s hash browns were very good and the special large Choc chip Donut was okay. I gave 5 stars because of how much FUN the 2 employees had with us! However, the Donuts are only worth 2 stars, sorry! And thier opened until 10pm, may I recommend that NEW Donuts be offered for later day/night customers?! See you next time Teddi and Ronald!

Continuously got our order wrong, argued with us when we asked for it to be remade. The manager named Kayla was extremely rude and was making unnecessary remarks towards us. Extremely unprofessional. Go somewhere else.
