Had bogo famous bowls meal. Usually my favorite, but the chicken in it was super dry and hard. Uber eats was good but the chicken quality kinda ruined the meals for me for a while. Like I said usually my favorite but it was pretty gross. I was disappointed to say the least. Not to mention that I live literally 3min away and it was barely warm and I know it wasn’t the fault of the driver, just wasn’t fresh and hot because it was an hour away from closing and that isn’t a good enough excuse. When you pay for something no matter what time it should still be the same quality as if you got it mid lunch hours!! 1st and probably last time I get anything from them!

Ordered to go and got old soggy chicken that was lukewarm. Only hot item was the mash potatoes. Also the pie poppers were a joke. They had practically no filling in them. I don’t eat fast food often but my husband was craving it. We learned a valuable lesson on why we stay away from this overpriced garbage.

I order Tuesday specials which it 8pc chicken strips , pick up and i went home the satrips getting small and small ( i usually order from this location only) and and they frequently make a mistake about the order
Last time instead crispy the give me regular and this time supposed to 8 strips they give me only 7 strips

Was not a good experience we ordered dinner for 4 people. Half order extra crispy half order original. We paid 65.00 for the meal and had to wait 20 minutes for her to walk our order out to us from drive through. Got home and was missing a coleslaw and all chicken was extra crispy and extra greasy. Not worth the money you pay for a meal like this.

I had a 6-piece Chicken Wings (Nashville Hot flavor) with a ranch dip, at this KFC location. Although one may think these to be ‘manufactured’ wings, they, actually, are quite incredible! At around 600-650 calories (including the dip) and 35-40 grams protein, these wings were just perfect for me. This KFC location was very clean and neat, with all furniture organized properly. The staff was friendly, and I enjoyed my meal here – recommended.

Awful experience. The incompetence is astounding… the customer before me waited 45 minutes for a small order. I waited for 30 minutes for a small order. Several people who ordered after me got their orders first. They seem to have issues finding orders.

The people here work super hard, often with barely anyone in the kitchen. They always get my order right, the food is delicious, and most importantly, even when I do have to wait, it’s minutes not half hours.
