I visited a halal Chinese restaurant in Springfield, Virginia for lunch and had an amazing experience. I ordered the Manchurian Chicken Lunch Special with fried rice, plus Buffalo Wings and Dynamite Shrimp — everything was delicious!

The Manchurian chicken was cooked perfectly with great flavor and just the right amount of spice. The fried rice was fresh, not greasy, and paired really well with the dish. The buffalo wings were juicy and well-seasoned, and the dynamite shrimp had that perfect crispy texture with a flavorful creamy sauce.

Overall, the food was fresh, tasty, and served hot. Great portions, great flavors, and a great halal option in the area. Definitely worth visiting again!

One of the worst Chinese Food ever. The Cook definitely just gave up. General To’s chicken was just terrible. Undercooked and Old…
Chicken Egg Foo just had eggs and lots of fluff…. hardly any chicken. Beef with broccoli just as bad.
Had to throw away all the Food.. if I lived closer, This food needed to be return for a full refund. For the locals, please find another place.

A good local halal Chinese spot! We stopped by during lunch hour and they had really good deals. Tasty food, quick service.

This place is an insult to food. After a long day, during which I skipped breakfast and lunch, Chinese for dinner sounded like a great idea. I ordered general tso with egg friend rice and beef lo mein. The order arrived about 5 minutes ago. I am currently eating CheeZ-IT. The Chinese food is in the trash. I understand the bar is low for Chinese food but this place is legitimately selling meat that is so old and reheated that chewing the general tso chicken gave me a headache and sore temples. A rubber tire would have been easier to chew on. The lo mein was in a ball in tin foil. Which was the placed in a Styrofoam container. Never again!

I ordered the Singapore-style noodles, and honestly, it was a huge letdown. It didn’t look anything like Singapore-style noodles. The rice noodles were cheap quality, and there was barely any spice. To make it worse, they mixed rice into the dish and hid it under the noodles in the to-go box. Felt like they threw in a bunch of leftovers—it was gross.

It was not cheap either, so I expected better. Honestly, Panda Express would give you way better food for less money. Definitely not worth it.

I came here with a group of 8 on a Saturday night, it wasn’t busy at all so we were seated rather quickly. Overall, I really liked this place and would come back again, however there were a few things that I did not like. First, the restaurant was a little dirty, even though they cleaned our table it still felt sticky. Second, I wish our waitress would have told us that we were ordering too much food because we didn’t realize how huge the portion sizes were.

I’d recommend the General Tso’s, sweet and sour chicken and hot and sour soup. The spicy chicken wings didn’t have any flavor,

This place used to be a decent halal Chinese restaurant. Last Friday, (08/16/2020), Ordered Spicy Chicken wings (3 orders) and received only 4 pieces of wings and the rest were drumsticks. (remember, I ordered “wings” not drumstick!) The hot and sour soup was ok. Shrimp fried rice was not cooked as shrimp fried rice; they just threw some shrimp on egg fried rice! and served. Total waste of $49.02. Never going to this place again, ever 🙁

Update: After 2 years I wanted to try it again and hoped to see if it improved. I went yesterday and my experience was worse than last time. I tried about 4/5 dishes and all smelled unsavory. BTW the lady who served me was a great waitress. Finally, It was a waste of 108$.
P.S. About 8/10 years ago this was a decent halal Chinese place around this area. I wonder what could have changed!

For appetizers we had the chicken corn soup, chicken pakora and chicken wontons. The food was good except when we got our order there was no corn in the soup. After I informed the waitress she was happy to take it back and “add” the corn in…not really sure how that goes but it was fine and everything tasted really well.

For main dishes we ordered the vegetable fried rice with egg and the Hakka crispy chicken; bot dishes were really good. However, the Hakka crispy chicken was a bit sweet for my wife’s taste buds..but I thought it was fine.

The service was really fast and multiple waitresses came over multiple times and checked in on us so that was a super plus…all in all this is a nice restaurant to go and enjoy some good Chinese food!
