Copper Athletic Club is a hidden gem in downtown Marshall Michigan. Cozy old school bar/ restaurant with beautiful original brick walls and copper top bar. Food was excellent. Suggest trying their gouda BLT sandwich and their soup of the day. Dawn was our waitress and did an excellent job. Very attentive and friendly. Would highly recommend for enjoyable dining experience.

Copper Athletic Club is a fantastic bar restaurant that I’ve visited many times, and it consistently delivers on every front. It’s a relatable spot where you can relax with friends, celebrate a win, or just unwind after a long day.
Our favorites:
Drinks: The drinks are always good. Whether you’re in the mood for a well-crafted cocktail, a crisp beer, or a robust glass of wine, the beverage program never disappoints. There’s also a nice selection of mocktail specials.
Food: The food is excellent. Each dish feels thoughtfully prepared, with bold flavors and generous portions.
My Recommendations:
– PBB Burger
– Philly Cheesecake
– Pulled Pork Nachos
Honorable mention:
– Meatball Sub — a standout that deserves a shout-out.
If you’re in the mood for a dependable spot with a great drink selection and solid eats, Copper Athletic Club is a top choice.

Great spot to have a quick lunch! The service was attentive without being overwhelming, and the food was impeccable. A friend and I split a burger and the chicken tenders and both were delicious! I had a bomb pop cocktail and there was an entire popsicle in it which was a fun surprise. Big shout out to the onion rings, they were perfectly crispy and probably in my top 5.

Great place! It is small but quaint. Our grandson had the PBB (peanut butter burger) it’s one of his favorites. My husband had the tacos and I ate nachos. It was all delicious. If you like fat ring onion rings theres are the best! When it’s busy, service can be a bit slower as there are only 2 bartenders but your food will be hot and delicious! I highly recommend this place!

I ordered the spinach artichoke dip appetizer to go and it was very disappointingVery bland and not much flavor, and definitely overpriced for the very small portion size. My friend tried the beef nacho and she was disappointed as well, it had very little beef for a $16 nacho and whatever cheese they used was very odd, almost like cream cheese. The tortilla chips they use here are very dry with no salt or flavor.

Ordered the Cheese Steak with frys and it was fantastic. My only dislike was how thick the bread was. Onion rings could have been crisper but the sauce was great! Cold beer and great staff!
**edit**
I ordered the onion rings a second time and my God…fantastic. Much crisper and the sauce was great.
Also- I ordered the nachos and its stupid how fantastic they were. I’ve never had nachos this fantastic!
