I ordered through DoorDash today. I was supposed to receive two pieces of white meat chicken but one was a wing. The chicken breast was undercooked. The ribs were dry. The cole slaw was old and yellow and gross. The potatoes tasted like pepper and left an aftertaste. This place really went downhill.

Food is fine and consistent with Little Caesar’s. The service is terrible, particularly picking up a pizza that has been ordered ahead online or on the phone.
Why do you not have a separate line inside for pickup only, or why don’t you use the Pizza Portal? Instead, customers have to either wait in line inside or in the drive through for 20 to 30 minutes just to pick up a pizza that they’ve already paid for.
Change your system. It would be a very simple fix, and cost you nothing, particularly since this location already has a large counter area and multiple registers.

I went through the drive thru and ordered the 6 piece of chicken bites. They were a little busy. I waited about 20 for my food to come out over cooked and the smallest portion ever for over $8 .
I’ve ordered these before and had nice chunks of chicken but today I couldn’t believe what they gave me for $8.00 plus being over cooked. Chicken shack is over priced for what you get. Sadly I will not waste my money there ever again.

Chicken Shack is usually consistent. Surprisingly the Shrimp is really good. Being Lent in all, it was very tasty. However, for 16 dollars….it was a lot of money for me. The girl behind the counter was very nice! Might be back for the chicken. Thanks!

It’s a good Little Caesars because you don’t have to install the app to order (unlike some Little Caesars in the area).
I’m certainly not going to install an app just to order a pizza, lol.
It’s not too good of a Little Caesars because the toppings are slim. I ordered the “Extramostbestest” and for the extra money, it doesn’t appear to have any more pepperoni or cheese on it.
Look at the photo and tell me if that looks anything like the advertisement:

Drove 15 miles to get some Broasted chicken and potatoes and mushrooms Very disappointed in the quality of our food, getting home to chicken that was greasy an over cooked potatoes these were cold limp an tasted like fish oil with the mushrooms well they must have been frozen cause whoever’s cooked them didn’t bother to break them up so some weren’t cooked all the way. Wife said after paying over $30.00 we will not return anytime in the future!

Normally this places get a 5 star but today was horrible. Not sure I will came back. Potatoes were hard. When I asked for more butter it was given to me cold and potatos were not warm enough to melt. Chicken seemed old it maybe coating on it was old. For $16 I am so disappointed. Bathroom was disgusting. I know that’s not staffs fault but the food was awful

Not a lot of places try to follow up with their customers but surprisingly Chicken Shack did and I felt that was nice to mention.
Stopped at this place again and I could tell I received a way better service this time.

We ordered one chicken tenders meal reg (9.99) and a chicken shack (3.49) and they charged us 18.75 while our total should’ve been 13.48!!
We were in hurry so we didn’t pay attention until we checked the receipt later.
They did not put any types of sauce with our chicken and they took almost 35 minutes to make only one meal!!!!!!
This is so unacceptable. I don’t think I ever go there again.
