Elite level Burger King. No joke. Can be a little hit or miss but 95 percent of the time, the food is perfect. The staff is very friendly, I’ve never waited in line, and my food is always fresh, hot, and quickly ready (I usually don’t have my drink ready yet). They have one of those self choice soda machines with like 100 choices, which I like. It’s never too noisy or hot or cold or crowded if they mess up your order a tiny bit, they toss the entire order and prepare it all over again without asking. They really try. Fries are almost always perfect (sometimes they don’t have quite enough salt). But if you’re a Burger King junky like me, go get a whopper on a Sunday or Monday morning. The morning grill Guy is an artist. Better burgers than most upscale chains. They do put too much ketchup and mayo on so I just ask for the packets to do it myself. Really clean location with nice staff, great service, and they best double whopper and fries you can get.

Went through the drive thru. Didn’t get some of the items I ordered first of all, but Got part of someone else’s order instead. Didn’t get straws for our drinks. Asked for no lettuce on one item…it was covered with it instead. They went through my bag looking for another person’s order which ended up in my bag anyway, and when it was handed to me, Every order of our fries was dumped out and turned upside down in my bag. This was the worst drive thru experience I’ve encountered in a long time.

0 stars. first time. literally the worst bk ive ever been to. these are some of the rudest and most miserable people i have ever encountered. we came about 7ish and i was really craving this. gray haired lady with missing teeth dumped my fries upside down in the bag right in front of us FOR NO REASON? my husband asked for new fries bc that is unacceptable and i am pregnant and im not paying for someone to be that careless with my food. she got an attitude and was like “it wasn’t me” like be for real lady we just watched you do it. whole staff is rude and the old lady called my husband a slur for checking the bag before we pulled off. very unprofessional. refused to give us a receipt also. we waited 30 minutes in line too. what a waste and really ruined my night. garbage place.

My family pulled up @9ish and the lady began with excuses about not having food already prepared and was saying they were closing. They were rude and made us feel like we were wasting their time. They did not add cheese to the 4 burgers and the fries were cold. They turned the lights off before 10pm. Not even a good bye have a nice night. She just shut the window in our faces. I am really disappointed in the store. If you do not want the job then make a change. Do not have hard working people spend $50 and treat us badly. No face covering or mask and look unprofessional.

Great seating area (pleasant colors and several kinds of chairs, tables, and booths) and nice atmosphere.
Super friendly service despite being very busy.
They have the nice coke machine where you can mix in flavors like cherry and vanilla.
You may have to wait a little if they’re busy, but it’s a pleasant place to wait and the service makes it a nice experience.

If you like cold/stale/burnt breakfast food in the morning, this is the Burger King for you! I tried to give them a second chance and came back again the next day but again the hash browns were cold, And even worse this time they were burnt like they had been sitting in the grease for too long and they tasted really bad. The ice coffee was all cream no coffee. The croissant sandwich was decent but nothing to write home about. For $7 a pop, I would expect that my hash brows at least be warm instead of cold and burnt at the same time.

We are never ones to leave bad reviews for fast food restaurants or complain about the service from them but after a collection of times coming by this restaurant it feels necessary. Time after time I’ve had to spend nearly the entirety of a hour long lunch break waiting for an online order and no one would even be in there. There’s also been a time where one of the employees friends would show up and they would quickly make their food and talk with them before addressing the people standing in the line. I watched an older gentleman stand at the counter trying to get more sauce packets but all the employees would glance at him and hide. He eventually gave up and went back to eating his food. Today I decided to go back after a month or two to see if it’s gotten better but I was given the incorrect food. When going back to say that the burger was supposed to be plain, someone on the intercom said (with an attitude) “I made that order it’s right.. but I’ll make it again”. Look at the picture and tell me that’s plain haha. We just kinda said okay and gave them the other burger and got the new one.
I’ve not made a review because I’ve felt bad for the employees maybe it’s poor management and/or maybe the employees are taking their day to day frustration out on us. Either way not a single person I’ve interacted with or observed while waiting on my food has appeared that they wanted to be there or care to address/assist customers.
I stopped eating at Burger King because of the poor experiences from this location but it seems every time I try to give it a chance it’s just worse and worse. It’s also suspicious that there’s no reviews for this location yet it’s been here for a long time. I’m sure people have left reviews and I’m sure they haven’t been good.

Hands down, slowest drive-thru in the nation. 17 years straight. Order to pick up time under 35 minutes and you came on a good day! Straight up!
