Stop by for breakfast at Bojangles. I ordered in the drive thru and my order was correct. It was ready quickly. The cashier was friendly enough. The parking at this location seems large enough for the volume they get. Food was good, but Bo Berry biscuit was a little dry.

The sweet potato pie use to have this cinnamon taste now it’s gone. Chicken at the gas station taste better now and cheaper. I love the staff and how they do such a great job. That’s how I got suckered into believing the food was still worth it.

I love bojangles chicken but the one in ridgeway where I live has the worst chicken and service that I have ever experienced in my 65 years of life. I drive a tractor and trailer and eat at many of there stores. The chicken was dry and smelled burnt but didn’t look burnt, guess the grease needed to be changed. Wound up throwing the chicken away was not fit to eat.
Also it was after dark the street sign was off the drive thru menu was dark you couldn’t even tell the place was open or not. I went in and ordered had to wait for chicken to cook. Fresh out of fryer so there was no reason for it to be dry! I also went there back in the summer around the same time of evening the same crew was working standing outside smoking I went to open door to go in and the door was locked I walked around to other side of building and asked if they were open and told the lady with the long really long finger nails that the door was locked she laughed and said she would unlock it had to be locked and unlocked with key so it was no accident it was locked. Same woman I told there lights were off and she said they not responsible for the lights.
The morning shift people serve good food. But the shift needs a new crew the food is horrible no wonder the place is always empty

Bo Linda is doing her thing as order taker but the drive thru is a little slow. Even still there is usually a good deal happening like a 2 for $5 this or that. Foods always great. Plenty of parking and it’s not usually crowded. Staff is always cute and friendly.

I have had a couple bad experiences at this restaurant. I wait a month or two then try it again, it’s just hit or miss. It would be nice to be met with a smile at the drive thru and to be thanked. My chicken sandwich doesn’t look appetizing does it? I asked for extra mayo? Definitely didn’t even get normal amount of mayo.

The entire crew was unfriendly and uninterested in assisting customers. I ordered a sweet tea, but the tea in the dining room was uncovered and almost empty. Had to get a soda. Chicken was cold and biscuits were hard. Dining room was disgusting. Will NOT be returning to this location.

Went to this bojangles to get chicken and they didn’t have any either. Found this out after I ordered it with the stupid robot at the window and sat in line. Once again just like the crappy one in Bassett Forks HOW DOES A CHICKEN PLACE NOT HAVE CHiCKEN. The people that work at Bojangles in general are just lazy as anyone can possibly be.

Food not quality poor!!! Fries soggy and oily, biscuit hard and old. Supreme just okay for $20 I should have got a lot better but you can tell the workers were playing, laughing, giggling and having a good time so I shouldn’t have expected much more. Even when taking my order it was giggling, one takes their position serious now… So sad!!! Spend money get garbage
