I placed a pickup order at 7pm. As I arrive at 7:05 the line for the pickup is clear out onto the road and the entire building is filled inside. I never received a call that the order was delayed so I had brought my two younger kiddos with me to pickup our Pizza. We never order from Donatoes because they don’t deliver to the Pleasant Valley area, however we had received a GC so we figured why not. I waited in the pickup line until around 8:15pm before making it to the window. I’m then told to pull over to a parking space to wait another 15 minutes. Which even being upset what other option do I have giving I have now already waited over an hour past my pickup. I go inside and wait about 10 minutes she grabs my order and I leave. Just to make it home and my bread sticks are burnt to a crisp smh. Haven’t ordered here in years and will absolutely not order again. No refund for the wait or GC was ever offered for the experience.

Quality food and service. My problem is with the mobile app. that automatically adds a gratuity to your order. I placed a mobile order and went to pick up, what part of that requires a gratuity? Didn’t notice until I had 2 charges to my credit card the next morning, one for the original purchase price and an additional $2.07 in a separate charge. Tipping culture to “reward” team members has reached a new low.

Got our food and didn’t have our chips or ranch dressing. Called back and they said we would get them soon got here fast but was booming music loudly in our neighborhood while it was after midnight and had a newborn baby asleep in the house. Gave us the stuff we were missing and said the ranch should of been taped to the box because he even taped it to the box basically accusing us of lying over ranch and there was no ranch very rude driver. After they left and we started eating we realized the “boneless wings” were not actually boneless at all.

I use to love this place but last 2 times it was awful. Little to no sauce. Not even close to 100 pepperoni. Manager said he would replace my order and when it came time to reorder he lied. Not replacement. Instead I got a rude female Manager that refused to even listen. Young man that answered phone stated that I shouldn’t have problem since I order at least twice a month and never ask for refund before. He was wrong…. in the end I paid for another $40 order only to be disappointed again. Not ordering from the chillicothe location anymore. Sick of restaurants hiring management that is only there for a pay check. I added pics if my last order which had little to no sauce and toppings.

Order said ready at 12pm.got there waited 15 mins and was told we were waiting on 1 item. 28 minutes later we got cold food and missing wings. Went back in and told them and got major attitude like it was my fault.

Ordered 2 salads at 11:30, Pick-up time was scheduled for 12:00. When I arrived at 12:00 I waited until 12:25 or longer until I received my order, 1/2 of my 1 hour lunch was over. By the time I got to my office when I opened the bag to eat there was no fork or napkin. Once I started to eat the salad the lettuce had been noticeably frozen and was now wilted and soggy. The sad thing is I order sometimes twice a week and this will be the last.
