Had lunch here and ordered the Baja Tacos. Forgot to take a picture before I dug in but they were tasty and had a nice spice to them. Prior to the meal we had the fried pickles and Buffalo Chicken Dip. I thought the fried pickles were a little heavy on the breading but they were ok. The Buffalo Chicken Dip was served with some chips that had a nice spicy seasoning and the dip was delicious. Onion rings were basic and came out late but they were hot. That’s the only photo I got. The service was a bit slow getting the food but it was busy for lunch. The waitress was very friendly and got what we needed. Depending on what you order, you can expect to spend $20 to $25 per person. I would come back again.

I visited this restaurant today. We were a party of 4 and had a ticket over 100 bucks. For starters the service was super slow. It took forever to get drinks and refills. The food came out slow as well. It took so long to get ranch dressing that the an order of wings were almost room temp by the time the ranch arrived. Speaking of dressings they charged for every single dressing. I understand charging for extra dressing but shouldn’t an order of wings come with at least one ranch or blue cheese. I asked the waitress and was told this was standard policy now. The fried fish was way too greasy and rather bland. Over all the food was on par with a fast food restaurant.

Well managed, serving great food, outstanding service and relaxing atmosphere. Waitress was very friendly and attentive to our needs. Food served in a timely manner & plenty of televisions that showed a variety of Live sports events from Thurday Night Football to women’s college volleyball. I love this place and would definitely recommend it.

Food and service was great. I’ve been to a couple Hooters and this is the cleanest. Shay, waitress was very attentive and was great. Had the Texas Twisted melt and onion rings which was really good.

A big crew from Wetumpka visited today and we had a blast! Our server, Annika was amazing! She took care of all 14 of us with multiple drink orders, fireball and other miscellaneous drinks and food. We could not ask for more. We will definitely be back and request Annika in the near future.

I went to dinner eith my besties from work for a girls night. Our server I’ve was really atentive and knowledgeable of the meals at Hooters. We will definitely be back and hope fully get the same server.

This location in Prattville is new, but the menu is consistent everywhere. Nothing has changed it’s just new locations. I had the boneless wing which were just glorified chicken nuggets for adults. I do not think it is better than the quality you would find at Buffalo Wild Wings. I feel the prices are not in line with the quality of the food. I’m not a fan but would return just not in any hurry. As for the staff they tried hard and this review should not reflect on them or their managment.

I’ve spent my last dollar at Hooters. The food was mediocre at best. The boneless chicken had a very odd taste, so they were half eaten. The onion rings were a joke. The picture on the menu looked nothing like the scrawny onion rings we received. I even pointed that out to our server. It was an expensive disappointing lunch.

To Three other tables on the same day was 09/13/2025. The hostess was the one, who very very nice she was the one who took care of us. The same girl that refused to serve us brought on plate out and she didn’t even speak. Plus she kinda slammed the plate down and walked off. She was very rude. The manager did come out and apologize for everything. And we also sat there for 30 to 40 minutes before someone came to check on us.This was my first and last experience with the hooters in Prattville, AL. The waitress was very racist.
