The food is very tasty, and the ingredients are fresh. I love vegetables so it was nice to see the food is made with non-frozen, fresh snow peas and broccoli and carrots. Also the service is fast and friendly. Really it was $12 very well spent. Also the portions were very generous. The person who took our order, Jessica, was very kind and patient 🙂

Stopped by Pei Wei recently and tried a few dishes — overall, it was a mixed experience with some great highlights and a few small issues.
Food Review
• Firecracker Chicken – 10/10
Perfectly crispy and full of flavor! The spice level was just right and made this dish the star of the meal. Definitely a must-try.
• Spicy Korean BBQ Steak – 8/10
Looked great with colorful peppers and onions, but the flavor was milder than expected. It could use more spice and depth to match its appearance.
• Lo Mein Noodles – 10/10 (Tasty but Oily)
Really flavorful and cooked perfectly — soft but not mushy. However, the noodles were a bit on the oily side, so lighter eaters might find it heavy.
• Kids Menu – Honey Seared Chicken – 8/10
Sweet, crispy, and simple. A solid option for kids. The portion size was good and not overly spicy.
• Fried Rice – 7/10
Fresh and colorful with veggies, but it lacked strong flavor. Could use more soy sauce or seasoning for balance.
Drinks
The drink fountain wasn’t working, but they offered water and juice, which helped make up for it.
Service & Ambience
• Staff were friendly and polite, making the visit pleasant.
• They didn’t push for tips, which was refreshing compared to many fast-casual spots.
• Cleanliness needs improvement — tables weren’t always cleaned between customers, so you might have to wipe down your own.
• On the positive side, the lighting is excellent for photos, and the food presentation was appealing.

Stopped by here and I didn’t have any regrets! The honey seared chicken was delicious— not greasy or heavy. While you dine, there’s light music playing in the background. Space is clean and welcoming.

I love the food here it’s always fresh it’s always good it’s always fast I’ve been coming here for a year and I tell all my friends about it and now my 74 year old neighbor is in love with this place! He raves about the food and portions! If you like Asian food this is as good as it gets. My only complaint is there are no garbage cans in sometimes the tables aren’t as clean as they should be

I went to the location in PBG and it was pretty good. Nice a cosy sitting area, reminds me of any other fast food restaurant ( reminder: fast food just means that the food is quickly served).
They have a digital menu on top and a small one in front of you to facilitate ordering for costumers.
After ordering, drinks fountain is located on the right side, utensils, to go boxes and fortune cookies are also there. More utensils can also be found to the left.
I ordered the general tso spicy chicken. It was really good, not spicy enough for me but still tasty. They will clean up after you so be nice and pack them up.
I would definitely recommend them and also come back.

Have eaten here many times since discovering it last year. The food is always prepared well and the staff, especially Jessica, have always been exceptional for a fast food restaurant. Very efficiently run restaurant and the food has always been delicious.

The Orange Chicken was nothing less than delicious! We upgraded to fried rice and so glad we did. All the ingredients were fresh and not frozen. We had DoorDash deliver to us and the food was hot and a good size portion. The Chicken Dumplings were very tasty as well, especially with the slightly sweet soy sauce it came with. This Pei Wei is top notch and setting the bar for how a restaurant should serve its customers. I am very satisfied and will definitely be returning very soon! Keep up the great work!!! 🙂

Pei Wei Asian Street Food is a gem! The freshly cooked, made-to-order dishes are fantastic. Ordered two takeout dishes and was extremely disappointed with the food. Each one was basically just a container of plain white rice with barely 4-5 pieces of tofu and virtually no sauce at all. Both entrees were the same story: mostly dry rice with almost nothing on it. This is completely different from the quality you get dining in. That said, the crew were friendly and courteous, the issue was clearly with the kitchen, not the service.
