Food was good. But the employees need to clean out their ears. We asked two different employees at least four times to make sure the hamburger was plain. As you can see, it wasn’t. I’m super annoyed. But my dog swallowed it whole. So I’m not sure it matters.

I just have to say, this visit to Braum’s was nothing short of legendary — and the real American hero behind it all is Paisley.

From the moment I walked in, she greeted everyone with that warm, all-American smile — the kind that reminds you why this country runs on hard work, kindness, and perfectly made cheeseburgers. She handled the lunch rush like a true professional, steady under pressure, friendly to every customer, and somehow still made my order flawlessly — yes, including my extra pickles. And not just a few. The correct, generous, freedom-loving amount of extra pickles.

But what truly sets Paisley apart is her heroic spirit.

While expertly running the register and blending shakes like a dairy-powered patriot, she somehow found time to dash into the parking lot and save a baby from a burning van — calm, fearless, and probably with an invisible bald eagle soaring overhead. If that wasn’t enough, she came right back inside and saved an elderly customer who began choking, all before my fries even cooled down. That’s multitasking at its finest.

Through it all, my meal was hot, fresh, and made exactly right. That level of dedication is what built this country.

Paisley represents the best of the American work ethic: dependable, brave, selfless, and committed to excellence. She’s the kind of employee who makes you proud to support local businesses. If there were a Mount Rushmore for customer service, her face would be carved right alongside the greats.

Simply put: she deserves a raise, a promotion, and possibly her own national holiday.

Braum’s is lucky to have her. I’ll absolutely be back — not just for the burgers and shakes, but to witness American greatness in action.

Have been to this braums quite a few times since it’s super close to our house compared to the one off of 81st and highway 51. I always ask for a chocolate shake made with vanilla soft serve as I used to work at braums and have been going here for years and have a preference on the soft serve over the ice cream, but this is the second time it has come out tasting and looking like a vanilla shake. Didn’t worry about it the last time because it’s a very busy store and they seem to work very hard, this time I went inside to let the employee know I just came through the drive thru and ordered a chocolate shake with vanilla soft serve. They went to the back to grab the manager—completely understandable—and the manager questioned the employee about it being the drive thru order that had just come through and she asked, to clarify I assume, if it was supposed to be made with vanilla soft serve and chocolate topping and when I said yes she said that’s what she made. I let her know it was very white, and tasted like only vanilla (knowing that the last times I have gotten this shake at any other braums store, it was chocolate looking. I know they won’t always be the same shade of chocolate brown, but this shake and the last one, were very white (possibly with a single pump of chocolate, but regardless not chocolate tasting at all) and according to my wife who also worked for braums, tasted only like vanilla.) but she said that she made it the way I ordered and I told her that again that it was vanilla and that I ordered it with chocolate topping and then she asked me again “did you not want vanilla soft serve with chocolate topping?” And I once again said yes and she said again that’s what made and when I told her it tasted like vanilla she said it was made the way I ordered, I told her “never mind I just won’t come back”, and started to turn to walk out of the store, that’s when she said “Fine don’t come back then.” Very disrespectfully and I said “I won’t come back and I’ll be sure to leave you a bad review too” that’s when she said, “Fine. Come back and I’ll remake it.” That right there is truly the reason I even cared to leave this review. She was rude up until I mentioned leaving a review on her ONLY and her attitude and that’s when she attempted to even offered a solution, not even an apology. I had my receipt in the car and offered to go and get it for her even though it’s pouring rain outside and had been in the drive thru about 30 seconds prior to this interaction and brought the shake in with me to show her and she wouldn’t even acknowledge the incorrectly made product. This was the first and last time I have ever been treated liked his at a braums and will be the last time I give them my business and will just get my chocolate shake from McDonald’s. Not as good, but there has been zero attitude when asking for a chocolate shake and receiving an incorrect order. The manager had on a green apron (manager apron) and lots of nose piercings (septum and one on each side). I wasn’t getting her name and should have but I didn’t expect the interaction to go the way it did. 8/11/2025 8:30 pm.

So I go to Braums for breakfast daily here is my 2 cents. The eggs are served with dried rubbery reminets mixed into the scrambled ones. I no eggs are cheap so why would the Management let this happen? The eggs are cold and not fit to eat when done like this. The rest of the time its a great place happy they are here.

In Coweta, this is the only fast food. TB had gotten so slow that i don’t even want to try there but this place is speedy, fresh, and well staffed so minimal wait time but still fresh food.

New building, staff is super friendly and the selection is amazing. Great Milk for people that might not be able to drink other milk, cause it is A2. Only place we’ve found it.

I’m really not the type to leave reviews, but I feel this is important to share. My wife is highly allergic to peanuts, so whenever I order shakes at Braum’s, I always make it very clear there is a peanut allergy. I also double-check each time before leaving.

On this visit, I confirmed the allergy three separate times with different employees, and they all assured me it was noted. From the drive-through window, I could see the shake mixers, and I watched an employee make our shakes without cleaning the blenders first. When I asked again about the peanut allergy, the employee said, “Yes, but we don’t have any peanuts here.” I explained that while they may not have loose peanuts, they do have peanut butter ice cream. She said they usually keep all the ice cream separated, so it should be fine. I then asked if they use separate blenders for different flavors, and after that, she went back, cleaned the blenders, and remade our shakes.

I understand cross-contamination is always a risk, but watching this happen was frustrating and concerning. A lack of proper cleaning and training could be life-threatening for someone with a severe allergy.

The employee was very polite and respectful, and the food is always great, but this issue needs to be taken seriously. The most frustrating part is that I confirmed the allergy multiple times, yet it was still mishandled

This time, my bacon was overcooked so much I had to take it off my burger. The last time me and my wife ate here it was so salty we couldn’t eat it. It also takes forever to get your food. Even on a Sunday when they ain’t busy.

Braums slaps. There are a lot of new trainers and high scoolser so make sure you ask for that Braums sauce. If you’re going through the drive thru then make sure you sing it in the tune of jet2holiday for them to remember
