My friend and I had an amazing time here! The place is spacious, beautifully decorated, and smells great inside and outside. The spicy beans with habanero, Mama’s beans, and the fried Brussels sprouts were all delicious! I ordered moist brisket but got lean by mistake; when I mentioned it, the staff kindly gave me moist brisket to go—a wonderful surprise. Great food and great service. I’ll definitely be back!

Meat was very good! I guess at a BBQ place that is what you want! Location and atmosphere are awesome! Unfortunately, the amount of food was lacking. My husband, who is just regular size, left hungry after his order of a one meat sliced beef plate, costing $17.99 (pictured below) came with only 3 pieces of meat – each one approximately 3 inches and after he removed the fat, the portion size of meat was comically small. They’re more generous with the sides, however, they weren’t very impressive in taste.
We will give it another try and order the stuffed baked potato… we will let you know.

Had to try this because of the solid reviews. And I’ll say: they earned it. Fantastic food and customer service.

The loaded baked potato w/ brisket was massive.

Portions were phenomenal:
The 2 meat platter turned into 3 meals.
The baked potato was also good for several meals.

The ribs were really good too. Cornbread was the best I’ve had (not dry).

I recommend trying their spicy bbq. The regular/mild is on the sweeter side and I thought the spicy was just the right amount of kick.

I ordered for pick-up on here and it was ready in 15 minutes.

Customer service: went above and beyond. They even threw in extra brisket & ribs when they thought they ran out of what I ordered. (Turns out, They didn’t run out, so they gave me both)

Wish I had pictures but it got eaten!

Perhaps one of the best restaurants we have come across. No frills just stand in line until your turn… Your order is written on the paper that will line your plate. Pay and the cashier brings your order to your table.
Try the baked potato with chopped up brisket on top… My wife’s new favorite. I had a rib plate… Both delicious.
Stopping here will become a ritual on our way to Sam’s Club.

We stopped here in padding thru on the way home. Got it to go but had to try it before getting back in the car. WOW!!!! The meat… The onion rings!!
You need to check this place out! The customer service with the knowledge of the food and how the process and cook it. Delicious!!!

Excellent local BBQ restaurant. I love getting the chuck wagon with spicy beans and venison sausage. It’s so delicious. They also have Dr Pepper zero could in cans for a dollar. The cornbread and brisket are superb, too. They also really helped my Mom and Dad out with Christmas dinner plans. I highly recommend trying them out.

Had a great experience for my first time. The gentleman behind the counter suggested the Wrangler. Cornbread with a layer of Mommas Beans, cheese, brisket, and sausages arranged around the edge of the bowl. It was delicious . Definitely going back again to try the brisket Frito pie.

Venison sausage was really good. The brisket was undercooked. Way too chewy and no smoke flavor. Mac and cheese was gross. Chocolate cake was great but banana pudding was just ok. There was some live music which was cool. I’d go back for the music and the sausage and try the other meats.

Cute place out behind downtown Farmersville. The BBQ is awesome especially for the price. We usually spend half what Hutchins costs and get nearly the same quality. Appreciate that they warned us how hot the spicy beans were. They build on you but are so good lol. Anyone in Princeton should head the opposite direction and give this place a try.

Came on a Sunday, not really busy. The lady I asked a menu question to said it’s all on the board but it wasn’t exactly I had to go back and ask. No workers had smiles on their faces. They were out of mashed potatoes. The meat portion was lacking on my husband’s 2 meat plate. My daughter had the brisket sandwich. My son ordered the brisket grilled cheese and I ordered the brisket fries. My husband and daughter’s came out first. My daughter finished her sandwich way before my son and I received ours and my husband was almost done with his. It would’ve been nice to know how long we would have to wait for our items. Food was par for bbq.
