We waited over 15 minutes with only two cars ahead of us and no one inside the store, but couldn’t wait any longer and had to leave. If you plan to order food here, be prepared for an extremely long wait time for what’s supposed to be fast food. The woman taking our order also seemed very disoriented, especially given how simple the order was.

As the cousin of a successful Burger King franchise owner, I can say with certainty that the franchise owners of this place are probably overdue to pay a surprise visit. Employees dressed up today for Halloween, getting higher than a kite out back by the drive-thru intercom. Coughing and hacking up a storm. Practically got a contact-high when the drive-thru window opened. I tossed my meal out and went to Wendy’s. Maybe this is acceptable in New York, but this would never fly here in Pennsylvania. Tried to contact the franchise owner, but there was an error when I attempted to email through their website. Surely management would not approve of this. Let’s hope a Statie or Deputy hits up that drive-thru today

Honestly, every.. single.. time.. they nail it with my custome sandwich. I get a chicken junior, no lettuce, no mayo, with pickles, cheese, and the orange spicy sauce. The patties are fresh with a great amount of sauce and pickle ratio. Phenomenal, and why i always go to this burger king!

I’m so disgusted with this place, cold food just plopped together thought I’d try again but Dam I was wrong. The pics are my whooper and chicken crisp. Hard old chicken
This place was so disgusting the employees were talking about customers that were in the drive-through behind me specially the gentleman that he has a disability was horribly speaking swearing no gloves any employee no gloves and of course couldn’t get the receipt because he literally had a line of receipts about 20 or more and chat about in the garbage. Food was so old and disgusting like rock hard I’m afraid to complain because half the time I go there you can’t get in the store. But gentleman was extremely rude not helpful this place seriously needs to be turned into the health department and employees need to be retrained or fired.

I don’t really care for fast foods but I had a taste for an inexpensive chicken sandwich. I was served the wrong food that day and the woman that took my order accidentally got into my vehicle. Her shift ended and she was waiting on her ride. I pulled up and got out my car to return the food she screwed up and she accidentally gets into my vehicle. I was a little surprised but I didn’t give her a lecture. How ironic was that experience? Beware fast food eaters of this location. Check your bag before you drive away.
