Neither pizza I ordered was cut, once I cut them, I found out why. The pizza had been cooked for so long, the crust became a solid rock. This is the least amount of dog food I’ve ever gotten for $30 lol

The worst place to eat in-store. Almost 6 people with nothing to do, and they made my family and me wait for over an hour. I asked three times about my order and they told me it was almost ready. When I asked one last time, it turned out the pizza was nowhere to be found. They didn’t even offer a coupon or anything for their screw-up. I’m never coming back to this shitty place.

This place is terrible! Ordered Sunday evening at 9pm, got confirmation email of delivery time for 180-210min. Not even during the super bowl does a pizza delivery take 3hrs.
Anyway about 1.5 hrs after ordering, a pizza arrived that was the temperature of being left out all night long, not over cold but def not hot, luke warm-ish.
Apparently the quality person “Seth” doesn’t know how to cut a pizza or they don’t allow Seth to use safety scissors. See photos of this horribly cut up pizza.
Tried to call the store 6-8 times to cancel my order when I find out of the extremely long resort time but no one would pick up.
Not worth this place. After completed a survey got a “coupon” to try again, like I need another 3hrs to wait for a pizza again. Come on man!
Save yourself a headache and find somewhere else or just order a pizza in Tues and you might be lucky to get it on Friday….

I ordered two pizzas today and I’m dissatisfied with the quality. If you look up what pictures of a hand tossed pizza from Domino’s should look like, mine is way thinner. I’ve worked in the pizza business before and essentially they used old dough or the dough wasn’t made properly. It didn’t rise like it should have. Didn’t taste great either. I came a couple of months ago and it was the worst experience I’ve ever had. They made my pizza and then let it sit there for over an hour. I had placed the order in advance asking it for it to be made in the future. They apparently made it at the wrong time and then I waited for 15 mins outside. Had to call twice because they clearly had forgotten about me.The manager finally brought it out to me and said it had been sitting there for over an hour. it was gross and cold and while they didn’t make me pay for it, the manager said he would add a free pizza to my account, and he never did. Very disappointing.Plus I didn’t even have a good dinner and I waited all that time for it. This place sucks.

No pizza, we ordered quite a bit of food. Unfortunately we got none of it. Our driver didn’t contact us at all. He delivered it somewhere without contacting us. We called dominos to hopefully get our food and the manager yelled at us and hung up. Don’t order here you will not get food.

Have ordered for delivery multiple times and it has taken over an hour and a half every time. They have no standard for actually trying to get pizzas out efficiently. It is classic dominoes pizza quality wise but absolutely the worst service probably in America.

Delivery drivers have always been very nice but food quality is awful and no one is checking it before it leaves. My pizzas consistently have giant burnt bubbles in them. Super disappointing.

Placed mobile order using an online coupon they had available. Paid extra money for additional toppings. Got home, checked order, and saw I was missing stuff I paid extra for. This is my second consecutive poor experience with this store. Won’t be ordering here again. I’d like a refund.

I order pizza with extra sauce and they put no sauce. The delivery driver Noah was 2 minutes away for over 20 minutes. Not sure how but, the delivery driver entered the locked apartment complex before I came down to the door. Then left the pizza at the wrong apartment. This was the worst service experience I’ve ever had anywhere. JETS PIZZA is way better for the Boulder area
