Reviews
Ate here two nights in a row, not normal. Their chili verde is awesome. Chicken enchiladas in rojo sauce (red sauce) is awesome!
Sauces are made in house and are..amazing.
Met fun characters sitting at the bar. Two thumbs up for the main bartender, what a good guy.
Can sit inside or outside, nice environment.
The Food:
The flavors here are absolutely outstanding. They managed to hit ranges on our palates that we haven’t experienced before, every bite was a surprise. It is rare to find a kitchen that balances flavors so perfectly. The quality is so high that the food truly speaks for itself.
The Service:
We were running late for our reservation and ended up being the last party in the restaurant, but the staff couldn’t have been kinder. We never felt rushed; instead, we were treated with genuine hospitality and warmth.
The Value:
Compared to other high-priced spots in town, Guillermo’s delivered a life-changing food experience at a fantastic value. It is a perfect restaurant run by people who clearly care about their craft.
Final Verdict:
Please, do yourself a favor and come here. It was the highlight of our vacation and we cannot recommend it highly enough!
The staff was professional, we had Eric, and he did his job very well, something my wife and I pay close attention to as it is part of the atmosphere.
The drinks were made well, I had a michelada, and she had a mimosa. (No complaints)
The salsa was fresh, we knew on first bite, not too salty either.
Guacamole was made well, and she is picky on that.
I ordered the Mole, and I can say how happy I was with it, she Had the carne asada, and the steak was cooked to perfection.
The portions were just rite, not too little not too much.
We both cook a lot and have spoiled taste buds, for the first time in a long time we had NOTHING to complain about at a restaurant. Even the music was correct and at the rite volume.
