When Rita’s first opened near us, we were thrilled to visit. With every visit we leave happy and satisfied. We treat ourselves to a visit once a month, and we’ve never left disappointed. The kids love it here!
The store is always spotless—the tables are clean, and even when it’s busy, it still feels spacious and comfortable. Every team member we’ve spoken with has been friendly and helpful. There’s a young man who’s helped us the last couple of times (I’ll be sure to get your name next time!)—he’s great at making recommendations and really takes the time to make sure you’ll love what you order.
The atmosphere is welcoming, bright, and affordable, which makes it easy to keep coming back. I just hope they keep their prices friendly for the locals. So happy to have Rita’s close by!

Love this place!!! The staff are super friendly and they have so many flavor options. This is my new favorite place to get a sweet treat. The cotton candy custard is my favorite!! The coconut cream ice is really good too. I haven’t tried any flavors that I didn’t like.

It was our first time visiting this new location. The staff was very friendly and gave flavor recommendations – the strawberry ice was a clear favorite. Note that they don’t offer kid sizes, so it may make sense to share (our kid brought home more than half of his small). We will definitely be back!

Arrived at 11:45 am for 12:00 opening. We wandered around a little bit waiting for 12:00. At 11:55 went to the outside of the door to be able to get in. Saw the girl inside,she looked out and saw us standing there. At 12:10 she was at the counter but never came out to let us in. We left. Probably will not go back there. They obviously do not want or need business.

7 dollar for frozen custard this another sample of taco Bell where the beef … Plastic cup don’t fill up like dairy Queen do …small scoop in cup for 7 buck. I gave bad review since over over pricey for less scoop of ice cream … Three bite for 7buck …shame on you Rita. This is third visit I gave up and no change on scoop “ scoop is almost size of golf ball oh my god ! Also 2 kids and me came out 22.00 buck ..I like walk distance. But I go back dairy Queen spend 11 dollar big more of ice cream … Because we go three times week I not going spend 88 monthly for less of ice cream scoop
