Ratings below are on a 10pt scale

Day 1
Street tacos:
Tinga chicken tacos (9/10 )
Flavorful chicken
Steak tacos (6.7/10)
Not as flavorful as I had expected and wanted. But easy to chew and with the different sauces you can get at the serve yourself station, the sauces made the steak tacos better.
Empanadas : lenuga and regular chicken -general score (6.5/10)
Very filling but not rich in flavor. Meat was very easy to chew and empanadas were fun to eat (size and texture) but the lack of flavor was a significant draw back.
Tamarindo drink ( 7.5/10)
A little watered down but hit the spot.

Days 2
Not pictured but following days returned to try :
Chicharrones con guacamole for pickup (9.5/10)
I went home & airfried them on 400 degrees F for 20mins before eating them (bc…pork). After eating them, I understood why they are sold out DAILY. Very savory and delightful. Only lost 0.5 bc of me having to fry inside a little longer.
Churros (10/10)…magical. Perfect crunch, texture and my new addiction.
Pork papusas (8/10)
Papusas don’t have wild and adventurous flavor to begin with, but i was curious. Given my historical experiences with papusas these were good.
I will be a regular here and will try as many options as possible. Definitely worth returning I’d wager their sopas are probably to die for.
This place is a gem and worth trying. To my knowledge they don’t sell alcoholic bevies for those interested. But the food for sure is a win -especially compared to other places I’ve tried in the area.
Day 3 not pictured
TORTA MICHOACANA (11/10). Delicious one day ill update with a picture. Got it 2 days in a row. Hearty, packed with rich and savory flavors. A must try!
The food was incredibly fresh and tasty and filling. The prices may be a little higher than traditional taco places but the quality and quantity make up for it, no complaints.
I loved the variety of hot sauce choices, very reminiscent of what you would get in Mexico City, Mexico.
Everything was good from the tacos to the soup! Find it hard to believe that a true Mexican food connoisseur would not agree!
Go and check it out and enjoy!
And it absolutely does.
The guacamole was smooth, fresh, and had a great garlicky punch. Their tacos are the real deal—perfectly seasoned, tender, and packed with flavor. I especially loved the cabrito and barbacoa. The fried chicharrones? Unreal. Crispy, salty, and great with a splash of vinegar or a swipe of avocado.
The burrito they handed me could’ve doubled as a small log. I barely made a dent in it before I had to take the rest home.
Bottom line: the food is A+, no question. Next time I’ll probably do takeout just because the atmosphere isn’t really my vibe—but for flavor and quality? This place is a gem.
Pro tip: Don’t order through GrubHub or other delivery methods, your food won’t be as good. Order takeout or dine in, it’s well worth the trip.
To sample the food I ordered a burrito with two types of proteins. While waiting I ordered quesadillas for tomorrow! Good choices! Good portion sizes and lots of protein. Their hot sauce is exactly that, too. Sadly, the burrito and quesadillas did not have the flavor I expected with some spice and seasoning.
Hope to eat there again sometime soon and will ask them to spice and flavor the orders.
Total for two very generous entrees was about $25. I would say the food presentation is more tradtional than corporate.
