Many options for a meal. I got a Burrito de Lengua (cow tongue burrito). It was very good. I only wanted the burrito but it came with fries, so I don’t know if it would have been cheaper if I had asked for it without the fries.

I’m torn between giving this place 2 or 3 stars, but I’ll go with 3 because the food itself is really good. The first time I tried this taco truck, I was impressed — the Birria tacos are probably the best in town.
But on my second visit, I noticed something concerning: the staff weren’t washing their hands between tasks. It made me uneasy so i didn’t order that night. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and decided to check back again.
Unfortunately, on my third visit, I saw the same issue.Again no order places. No matter how good the food is, cleanliness and food safety should be a priority. I hope they make improvements, because their food has serious potential.
