The Morning I Lost A Battle At Panera
Arrived early for an appointment, and nature suddenly called louder than my phone ever has. I walked into Panera, straight toward the restroom (calm down, I was going to buy something).
Someone was in there. Fine. I’ll wait. Five minutes pass, feels like fifteen. I order a $6 yogurt cup on my phone because, you know, manners. The order says ready. I go up “It’ll be a few more minutes,” says the lady. Sure. We’re redefining the word “ready” now.
Meanwhile, the bathroom hostage situation continues. Another guy tries the door, shakes his head, gives up. I knock hard enough to send a message through the hinges. No answer. Eventually, my body handled things… internally. Let’s just say I no longer needed that restroom.
Finally, my overpriced yogurt appears. I sit, defeated yet nourished, writing this review while wondering what that person in the restroom is doing, writing their memoir, maybe.
Overall:
Bathroom: 0 stars.
Yogurt: 3 stars (for effort).
Experience: unforgettable.
Final Word: not the worst morning, but definitely the most dramatic yogurt I’ve ever had.

Not sure how they think this is ok to serve someone. There’s more bread than anything. They literally slapped some sauce on, threw a little bit of cheese and chicken and sprinkled some chopped bacon on the sandwich.

Heidi T. The manager is awesome! I placed a delivery order for their delicious chicken noodle soup, and seasonal pumpkin one to try it out but forgot to add butter for the bread. I contacted the place over the phone and she was very pleasant, looked for my order to make sure wasn’t picked up! Came back to the phone to tell me she added plenty butter!!! Loved it! ❤️

Oct2022: 4⭐: I stopped by this location with my spouse to get something light to eat for our evening meal. There was handicapped parking adjacent to the front door. The parking lot was shared with several other commercial businesses. The lot was large enough for crew cab pickup trucks to maneuver without difficulty. We were greeted when we entered into the restaurant by the cashier. We were originally undecided on our selection, but we wound up getting the soup and sandwich which is always a good choice for us. I saw a great looking dessert in the display window. Since it was not sold in slices, we had to get our second choice from the display window. The bag of cookies!! LoL I am still enjoying these two days later. My spouse really enjoyed her sandwich and soup. I didn’t think my sandwich hit the mark, but the soup was very good and it hit the mark by itself. It was the hot chicken and wild rice soup that I selected by the cup. I added a bit of Tabasco sauce to bring in the spicy. The store was clean and functional. There were some sections that were not ready for customer use. The restroom was fairly clean when I used it. The workers were competent and capable at this location.

Their soups, in particular, are a standout. The Broccoli Cheddar and Onion soups are must-try options. They’re always freshly made and bursting with flavor. Combined with a sandwich, it’s a comforting and delicious choice for any day. The quality and consistency keep me coming back for more!

Totally understaffed. No focus on what they’re doing. Food that they gave me was wrong and they took forever to “fix”. I ended with the wrong food again and I was so tired I just left. They never get it right. Terrible workers with literally zero attention to detail.

Worst meal I’ve ever had at a Panera. I ordered the Asian Citrus salad with chicken and the chicken was full of veins, unchewable fatty bits, and soggy, fatty pieces of skin. It was also all dark meat, when all other salads I’ve had here are always white meat. I didn’t even eat a quarter of it out of fear of getting sick from the low quality chicken.

Ordered a sandwich today,while eating it it tasted off, I turned it up side down and found the bread badly burnt from the oven grease. Nasty! Lunch time is over from work no time to bring it back Had to throw it out!!
