We stopped for some drinks but saw the grilled cheeseburger and had to eat! It was so good! And the staff was just wonderful! Very patient with us when we had many questions! The food came out hot and fresh! But you must have the grilled cheeseburger! Yum!

Food took over 30 minutes to come out. When it did come out, it was cold, and we did not receive the items we requested, even after bringing the errors to their attention. Asked for mayonnaise packets, was told by the food runner they did not have any mayonnaise in the store. Went in to the store and explained my request for mayo to a different employee who got some for us. Overall, not great. Should have stopped somewhere else. We will know for next time.

This is by far the worst sonic I have ever been to. It took 20 minutes to get the food. The ice cream tested like it was bad. The breading on the onion rings just fell off every where. The coney was soggy like it had been setting there for a while. The mix the lime ade was extremely sour. Extremely disappointing.

Sat at one of their kiosks for 20 minutes pushing the stupid red order button and no one took my order. When we went up to ask if there were issues, the response was, ‘You have to wait, and we’ll get to you’ Last time I will be stopping at this dump of a Sonic

worst experience ever. Victoria was very unprofessional. The food was horrible (photo). Asked for sauce and she slammed 3 boxes on the table outside and said “there you go guys”, acting very selfishly. Also waited 50 minutes for food and drinks just for half of it to be wrong. 0/5.

We were just finishing up our Saturday night and it was late..about 11:15 PM.
The hotel we were staying at was just across the street, and both my wife and I had a desire for a snack. We pulled into the stall, and proceeded to order.
Our first choice was the Cony Foot long with Chili and Cheese… however the restaurant was out of chili? We were surprised as this item is a signature item for Sonic.
We ordered the “JUmbo” size chicken nuggets in stead… and went back to our hotel and opened the bag and found about 7 nuggets that were so small that we wondered what was :JUmbo” about the order?
I decided to take a picture of the nugget size next to the dipping sauce to show what the order looked like.
We enjoy Sonic, yet due to time of night, and the hassle to get back across the street to seek assistance… was not worth the effort.

terrible terrible terrible!!!! ordered online, for 2 drinks. waited 15 minutes, saw multiple people get their drink so we press the red button. they said it’s not ready yet. whatever, we can wait. someone we know who pulled in after us got her drink after that, so we cancelled. seriously, don’t come here!!! we paid online so now we don’t even know when we can get out money back. seriously disappointed, considering we paid and waited.

They put the signature hot dog on bottom. So the topping was all over the bag. An the burrito for 4 dollars and 50 cents was the smallest I’ve ever seen. Maybe they got confused with the dollar burritos. At least it wasnt all nasty
