I needed some empanadas for an office’s pot luck. Everyone at the office loved the empanadas and some tried the “ají” (spicy sauce). Andres, the person who took my order was very nice and helpful. I’ll definitely have this restaurant o my mind when ordering empanadas for the office and to go an eat some authentic Colombian food.

I was never disappointed with my experience. I walked in to order coffee which they said they didn’t have at lunch time and the lady walked away without knowing if I wanted anything else. If I could give it a negative star I would.

Food was very good, but service was a shame. Typically the employees are very welcoming and friendly but this time it wasn’t. The gentleman today was rude, sarcastic and unprofessional. The use of a simple calculator on our part became an insult to him. He seemed to be having personal problems and probably was fitting to not let it out on a customer.

We keep coming back hoping our experience would improve because the food is good and reasonably priced. However, after multiple occasions where we kept getting our food served with missing sides (for examples bandeja paisas without beans), this restaurant cannot be recommended. Hopefully the service improves.

Wow, just wow. The Latin Family Bakery will be my first stop next time I visit Naples, Florida! The waitress was very cool and patient with me as I had to recall my Spanish to translate for my family to order. I got the fried fish filet with a fried egg on top. It was excellent! If you are looking to support a small family owned business in the Naples area, I highly recommend this restaurant.
