Absolutely disgusting. My spicy chicken and fries were brown and soaked with grease! I couldn’t even eat half of my food. I did get to hear two employees talking about raises at the counter though….

Great little spot for great chicken. The tenders got a little too much breading. It’s perfectly fine when dipping in delicious gravy. I thought the okra was bland in flavor but was cooked perfectly. Chicken Express is a little pricey and cannot eat it a lot, but I don’t mind coming here every now and then because the food is good. The staff are nice as well.

I have always enjoyed this place. Ashley, the lady at the drive thru is always so polite and respectful. When she works there is never a wait in the drive thru. Very competent young lady. When she’s not there the line always to the road. However, she’s the best driver thru lady at any express I’ve eaten at. . thank you Ashley for all your hard work. And the food is as always excellent.

Stopped in tonight at 715 for some chicken, the breast was so dry and looked like it had been under the heat lamp since noon. Tough, dry and tasteless. I’ve watched this place go down over the years. We always support local but sorry I’m not sure I can pay $25 for two meals and not be able to eat it.

I went through the drive-through and ordered two meals that ended up being wrong. The parking lot doesn’t have a place where you can turn around so I had to go all the way back in traffic and go back inside to fix my order when I got back inside the girl at the front counter was acting as if someone was taking chicken straight from her paycheck. I simply let her know that my meal did not come with the two pieces as requested, nor where the fries in the box after disappearing for five minutes, she comes back to tell me that the girl at the window said that the order was not wrong which is weird because how can you tell me if it’s wrong or not? The girl at the front counter then said she couldn’t help me unless I went and got my receipt she then asked what I was complaining about. I’ve been telling her once again that I never got a side and I needed a leg and a thigh instead of two legs she didn’t tell me there’s no need for an attitude And that she had no problem calling the cops. I don’t know if she thinks this scares people or not but if you’re reading this, I want you to know it doesn’t. She didn’t start slamming pieces of chicken in the box. And shove it in my hands.

Went through the drive through, placed our order and was not told they were out of the chicken we ordered, got to the window and payed and then was told they did not have enough chicken to fill our order. When i asked for a refund, no one in the store could issue the refund. Our only options were to either take chicken we didn’t want, come back an hour later or wait the time it takes to cook more. If i would have been told ahead of time, i would not have ordered.

Can never get the order correct, have to go back and get the missing items multiple times. The employees cat even be bothered to answer the phone. “We have been super busy” please stop the cap because the chairs were placed upside down on 90% of the tables so clearly it’s just pure laziness and garbage work ethic. I don’t know how this substandard joke of a place is even still open it sucks so bad.
