Establishment was very clean and customer service was good but the food was a huge disappointment. No flavor. The shrimp were not clean so i throw both of my orders away. I had no eggs like advertised, the corn was undercooked and the crab legs had a very strong fish smell to them. For $70 i should have brought it back but i live too far so it was wasted. Definitely a let down

Food is not bad but they barley give you sauce with the seafood…. they do not wear gloves when handling the food. Also I think one lady didn’t have a mask. If you were looking for a seafood place I guarantee you will love red crab, amazing food and I have never had a problem there. They also charged me with hospitality. I just found out they tipped themselves by charging me with it. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SEAFOOD PLACE, corona is going around and the fact that I saw a girl whipping her nose. Also another was not wearing a mask, and handling the food with no gloves is not acceptable especially with what we are facing now In our everyday life. I got a good chance to observe in the kitchen area because I was waiting a good minute while the man was on the phone talking to someone calling in a order. Please spend your money elsewhere.

There was no flavor on the fish, shrimps or scallops; I kept expecting that garlic butter taste that’s advertised and you can’t find that anywhere on the food.

First off the fish was not seasoned like I requested and the fries did not even have salt on them. The hush puppies and corn on the cob and shrimps were edible. Would not and will not be recommending this restaurant to anyone. It came in to Spartanburg with a lot of hype by word of mouth and even television. But it sadly did not deliver at all.

Best seafood in Spartanburg by a long shot! Seasoning is out of the park. You can tell they prepare the cuisine with love. My four year old was upset that we weren’t going somewhere familiar and the staff gave her a free side of sweet potato cake (amazing) and after eating her whole fried shrimp basket she asked me if we can go back tomorrow! Talk about a crowd pleaser for a picky eater. 5 out of 5 stars!

I was so excited to try this place for the first time. It was as I was leaving when I asked for tartar sauce that I was dismayed – packets of pre-packaged tartar sauce. 🙁 They dropped the ball in the bottom of the 9th. The food was good, the place was nice, and the people were great – but I like a little food with my tartar sauce and homemade tartar sauce is SO easy to make.

I can’t believe I paid $70 for such a small portion of food. I can get bigger crab legs from the grocery store. My butter was cold. I had to ask for an extra one bc one whole cluster didn’t have any on it at all!! I’ve been here 3 times and each time I said I’ll try it again, but i think I’ve had enough. I will not waste my money again.

Great customer service! Met the owner. So down to Earth. Even gave some history about Beaufort SC. Food was on point. Fried whiting and fries! Enjoyed it. Will be back.

Have been here 10+ times. Seafood boil is bomb! Garlic butter flavoring is delicious. Unable to eat seafood from anywhere else now. Seafood is expensive, so the price is reasonable.

Tried this place out for the first time and have to say 100% top quality fresh seafood. Fried oysters were amazing. Very affordable and just amazing. Will be my seafood go to from now on.
