I’ve been to this location a few times. The food is usually good and the young ladies up front are very nice and kind. Unfortunately, some of the workers that frequently come from the back are not. Yesterday 24 November 2025 I decided to try a burger for the first time. I think the guy name was Ricky, usually rude or saying nothing at all. Nonetheless, he took my order. Once I got home I noticed the burger bread was too hard to bite into. So I went back. I was greeted with attitude and I was told by Ricky that there was nothing he could do but give me a free drink. Sir, I order a burger combo..I have fries and a drink already. I have no issue paying for my food, but I highly dislike horrible customer service. There is nothing worse than feeling disrespected after spending my hard earned money to support a local business. I left this establishment unable to eat the food I’d purchased. This was a total loss and I had to find dinner someplace else. This is no way to treat any customer let alone a retired veteran in this country….

The cashier was super sweet, the food came in a timely manner, but I didn’t enjoy their house rice. I wouldn’t buy it again. It was 11.99 plus tax. I ended up throwing it away after I ate the shrimps & chicken off of it, they use the steak from the Philly as the steak on top of the house rice, most restaurants have taken steak off completely & they should do the same. I don’t know what kind of rice that was but it wasn’t good to me at all. This was 1st time going here, I picked this up while traveling back home, it’s in Milledgeville, ga.

Carlos and Suave gave some good recommendations. I had the Honey Garlic Pepper, Lemon Pepper, and Mild wings which were all great. The fries was hot and good. The Philly Chicken was good. Preparation of the food was fast. Customer service was great. Food was hot, quality, and fast.

The boneless wings was super chewy and way to huge and hard. Flavor wasn’t good. I was charged for regular wing meals when I clearly said I wanted boneless. Then when they gave me boneless I wasn’t offered my price difference back. The employees clearly talk down about people who places orders. Need new employees and work better on improving the food.
