I just got home stopped by to get dinner . I’ve come here few times always been greeted but not tonight. I ordered a salad and a cheeseburger the employee told me of if I donated to no kid go hungry I would receive a free burger got home sat down noticed I’m missing a burger !! Where my free burger?? Why tell someone to donate and receive a burger but not receive it? Or did I misunderstand?

I haven’t been to Habit since it originally opened but thought hey it’s been a while so why not. Horrible decision. The nuggets were all extremely small except for one. The burgers were extremely messy and soggy. We waited about 15 mins to be totally dissapointed by our food. Never again will I go back.

I actually enjoyed this place up until today. Today I ordered and repeated myself about 7 times. I ordered a grilled chicken caesar salad with teriyaki sauce and no croutons and a 50/50. My salad did not have teriyaki sauce at all, it also had about 4 butts of the end of the head of lettuce with dark old leaves that have been sitting there for awhile. No one wants a crappy salad especially for their price. Repeated myself 7 times just for myself to be parked out front for 15 minutes to wait on my food that was wrong in general. Wish i could post a picture.

Habit Burger & Grill used to have good hamburgers for a decent price. We ordered dinner from there tonight using Door Dash, and the burgers tasted burnt. We didn’t request them to be well done. My burger was only half wrapped, like whoever put the wrapper on did a half-ass job. Gotta love reaching into a bag to grab out food and getting a hand full of lettuce, onions, and mayo. For the prices they charge these days, their burgers don’t live up to the quality they used to be.

Definitely losing their touch from when they first opened not too long ago need to find some employees that care about the service because now it’s false advertising some of my chicken bites were scrap only bread crumbs no chicken I want my money back corporate if the employees don’t care the consumer won’t either

Food was great, my mom loves this place and has me take her everytime I come to visit. Employees were all very nice and helpful.

Most of the staff is accommodating and provides extra ranch with orders. I highly recommend getting a side of fries and onion rings to share with someone with your choice of burgers and drinks, given the portions are big. Doesn’t feel like “fast food.”
