this Subway recently reopened since Hurricane Ida,the establishment was very clean,staff were extremely professional and polite,i got the 6in turkey,bacon, avocado and fresh mozzarella sandwich on white bread( it’s a #12),Doritos chips and a blueberry,agave and pomegranate drink, throughly enjoyed my lunch

Best prices for local subway. It’s clean but gets busy during lunch.
Only reason it’s a 4 and not a 5 is because while they move fast one of the managers is very rude when she takes the orders and make it seem like I’m inconveniencing her by ordering. Just me being nit-picky but I’m trying to chill on my lunch

I walked in as I always do with a hello, and one of the employees gave me a blank stare and said nothing. Very discourteous in my opinion. Everyone is entitled to have a bad day, but you still have a job to do. A company’s employees can make or break a business. Besides that, the service here is usually great. Most of the tables were clean and the restaurant interior seemed clean and presentable. Easy in and out access to St Charles Blvd.

The entire Subway has been remodeled and it looks great! I was greeted, ordered and was impressed with the new look as well as the sandwich combo. Everyone helping was focused on serving me and im definitely going back to this location

Made an online order. My grandmother went to pick it up and the young blonde girl that worked there was complaining about the supervisors not doing there job. However, when I received my order , both mine and my mother’s wraps were completely wrong and I was also missing two cookies, a bag of chips, and drink. Now, I am not the type of person to EVER complain about food because there are much bigger problems in the world but I WILL complain about attitudes. When my grandmother went back to get her coke, chips, and cookies, she straight up called my 76 year old grandmother a LIAR! Said that I didn’t order that when I had my receipt to prove it and then changed her story to say that she gave the stuff to me. Needless to say, We figured out exactly which one wasn’t doing her job correctly. Again this is not a complaint about the food and no not all customers are right, but when you make a mistake own up to it instead of calling paying customers liars.

I appreciate the meat they put on the sandwich. But today I was dissatisfied due to the fact that I live 10 mine it’s away and when I get home my sandwich is completely soggy….. So 11.00 of soggy sandwich, flat coke and two hard cookies…. Yuck
