This Pizza Hut in Farmington, Maine is like stepping into a time warp — the booths, the vibe, the whole place has that classic old-school feel. The food was exactly what you’d expect, classic Pizza Hut comfort food that hits the spot. But the real star of the night was our server… he could’ve been Spicoli’s grandson from Fast Times at Ridgemont High — super chill, definitely more baked than the breadsticks, and honestly made the whole experience unforgettable. As Spicoli would say: “All I need are some tasty waves, a cool buzz, and a pan pizza.” Mission accomplished.
Full disclosure: I was too drunk to get any good pictures — but I did manage to win a prize out of the (probably rigged) claw machine, so the night was a total victory. Quite the trip back in time.

Worst pizza we’ve ever had! For over $90 for garlic nuggets, cinnamon sticks and bread sticks, 2 medium & 1 large pizza. 2 of them had no sauce…. did they not remember the sauce? 1 tiny sauce to dip breadsticks. I will never order from pizza hut again! Disgusting! Not worth $25 let alone over $90!

There were only 2 tables being used, total of 5 people. We waited to be seated for over 5 minutes. Waitress brought our drinks and then took our order. Sat for 45 minutes, then Waitress came back and said that our order didn’t go through the machine. At this time, we were the only 2 at a table. She said to go to the salad bar and have a salad. Most containers were empty 🙁 Our wings and medium pizza finally came out. Waitress was pleasant, she was the only one to hostess, clean tables, take orders, and being the cashier. This restaurant needs a major renovation. Needs a good cleaning. Bathroom….gross. The light above us, oh dear, made sure our food wasn’t directly underneath it.

Even though I used pick up, the employees were very nice and kind. The food is amazing! The pizza was very hot, perfectly baked and full of flavor! Parmesan Garlic chicken wings I can’t rave enough about!! Sooo mouth watering and delicious . I’ve tried other places parm chicken wings and they were too spicy and gross! But Pizza Hut has is right!

I visited this place, being on a nice quiet town you don’t expect to find a big mess. But as soon I walked in I noticed how filthy this place is. Sticky doors and windows, trash and food everywhere and all tables were filled with dishes and scraps. They just apologized and made some space for me among the trash. That is very nasty and disrespectful. I left the premises immediately. I would have understand if they were busy, but most of the staff were just chatting behind the counter. Horrible

I try to always leave positive reviews because the world is to negative…so I will lead off with the positive, the food was great and the place was well kept and clean. However the service we received was so much below par I was shocked. I won’t go step by step with our evening but from the waitress spilling a drink all over the table and just walking away for us to clean up with napkins to the I don’t even want to be here kind of vibe they were throwing off and then getting our pizza wrong (I didn’t even bother to mention it because I just wanted to go at that point) I can see why this place has so many low reviews. It’s been years since I’d eaten here and now I know why…

Hostess was very polite. We were seated and had waited around, to which the hostess asked if we’ve been helped. Informing her we have not we saw her go and check in with who we assumed was the server. After said interaction we still waited with no service for some time more. We ended up leaving after waiting around.
