today was probably nail in the coffin. I placed an order at 10:02 AM. Got there at 10:11 AM. Waited for a couple minutes. Ask the employee if I’m my order was ready. She stated that it’s being worked on meanwhile 15 more minutes go by I see numerous customers order and grab their order and leave. I see numerous Uber drivers pick up and go meanwhile I’m standing there. My my app is telling me that my order is ready, but it’s not. There’s really no point on placing a pre-order if you have to wait there for half an hour to 40 minutes for bread and eggs. The menu is a bit pricey and Coral Springs is boujee so I feel that this location should be held to a higher standard. It’s definitely in need of a serious revamp and updated structure-put in place to when processing orders and serving customers. Is there even a manager at this location? If so, what does he do?

I tried the maple house sandwich and it had the perfect amount of sweetness. The twice baked hash brown was slightly cheesy, which gave it an interesting taste. I also enjoyed the caramel shake.
The service is very quick. I placed an online order and it was ready about 10 minutes before the pick up time. Everyone on staff was friendly and welcoming when I entered and I like that the online pickup area is clearly labeled.
Overall, it was a very indulgent breakfast that I wouldn’t have daily but it was worth it for a treat. I’ll definitely be back to try the healthier items on the menu.

A worker suggested I try the Maple Bagel with Almond Honey butter and it was absolutely delicious! Perfect wake up treat! A little salty, a little sweet. Rate 8/10. Thank you team! I’ve been coming here the past few days and it doesn’t disappoint. My favorite is the Asiago bagel with chives cream cheese. I just wish they would add more chives to the cream cheese !

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. I have never had an experience where they’ve gotten my order right a simple caramel macchiato which says on the menu comes with whipped cream and caramel drizzle they make it without it and I have to argue and prove that the menu says it comes with it every time. I’ve been a customer at Einsteins since college I know what the order is I get it every time at all locations and this is the only one that refuses to follow the recipe. The only reason I continue to frequent this location is the proximity to my work place but I might have to branch out as this is getting cumbersome.

I WAS a loyal daily customer for over a year until today. Even after there being problems almost every other day I’ve never let it bother me & have still been extremely kind to the staff tipping daily as well.
Today I go in at 625 after ordering on the app at 6am like I’ve done for over a year now. When I walk In I saw over 5 people in line & no order ready so I asked Alex about my order. He responded with an Attitude saying who are you & I haven’t made anything yet so You’re going to have to wait.
I told him I ordered at 6am and shouldn’t have to wait for all those walks ins.
Alex then told me if I don’t want to wait go to Dunkin nigha” & after persistently waiting for my food saying I’m not going anywhere where is Emile the store manager while you’re treating me like this?
He then told me to get out of his store before I see the “real side of him”.
After 35min of waiting and him serving every single person that was after me he slapped mashed bagels and burnt eggs unwrapped in my bag on the counter.
I’ve reached out to Emile the manager while all this was happening because this location is Always something, ALWAYS. He Asked me to pass Alex the phone (wasn’t going to happen) so then he preceeded to tell me he was going to call him and tell him to make my food. I was told Alex is from a other location so what Kind of people does einsteins have working for them?
I’ve forgiven so many errors and wrong orders & been the sweetest person to the staff That I GENUINELY LOVED up until ALEX disrespected me, threatened me, & tried to kick me out of the store that I’ve been loyal to for over a year and NEVER AGAIN.
Im following up on All avenues until someone holds Alex accountable.

I ordered garden veg sandwich and the sandwich came with bacon added. I called them about the order and they said they will send another one but never did. I called them again to check the status of the next sandwich and the guy was very rude and told me order is on the way without trying to know who the order is for or what the issue is? Very poor service. I never got the sandwich nor the refund . Had to Throw the bacon sandwich as I am a vegetarian

The employees are nice but not as efficient with their time. They are also completely understaffed. Took 20 min to get my order. I would not go in the mornings if you’re in a rush.
