This store has consistently proven they cannot slice a basic 8 slice pizza. I have had to recut the pizza weekly for the past two months on our pizza night. At this point it has to either be on purpose or incompetence. I am attaching photos of our most recent order where all three pizzas were cut horribly.

Watched the manager on duty almost forget to give someone a portion of their order before I was told my order was already picked up despite the fact that I hadn’t and I was the only person with the confirmation email. The manager at first said he had no idea what happened, then a worker came forward and said that he handed the order to a woman only asking if her name was Caitlin. Then the manager changed the story and said that it was picked up through the pizza portal and that there were no other orders by the name of Caitlin for the day. I asked them to review the cameras to see that it wasn’t me that picked up and tried to show them the email. The manager just could not care less. I hate to have an “ask for the manager/give me corporates number” moment but I was trying to pick up lunch on the way to work and this is the only Little Caesars in Heights. So make the drive to Killeen if you actually want to receive your food. Not allowed to request a refund and would have to pay to have it remade according to the manager. Manager on duty said his name was Miguel. Did not get the name of the other worker because he disappeared as soon as I asked if he confirmed the order was the right person. Just overall terrible experience, will not make the mistake of ordering here again.

Asked for pepperoni puffs, crazy bread and 20 oz soda, got order and left store never thought had to check it. All of it was hot including the Pepsi. The cashier said oh we rotate those with the cold ones. Really. Ok did not get completely what I ordered so double check before leaving.

Decided to just grab pizza for a quick dinner tonight, we’ll picked up 3 one cheese and 2 pepperoni. They looked like they have been sitting for days. Hard and cold is just the beginning.Its pretty bad when even the grandkids won’t eat pizza. This is one very unhappy customer that will not be coming back.

Manager is a really rude person, who if you ask to change something on your order he rolls his eyes. My one Single pizza took 30 minutes to come out also. Go to the one on Rancier, it’ll be a better experience

Average, at best, pizza. There never seems to be enough sauce on the pizza. We got the Stuffed Crazy Crust Pepperoni pizza and the Old World Fanceroni Pepperoni pizza. It’s the first time we ordered the Old World Pepperoni pizza, and we weren’t sure that we got the right pizza when we picked it up. I uploaded the picture of the pizza from Little Ceasars website, which didn’t really look like the pizza we got. When we asked the manager to verify that we got the right pizza, she told us that they never looked like the picture on the website. I get that, but shouldn’t they at least try to make it like the picture on the website? The pizza was fine, except for the lack of sauce, but we won’t get it again because it’s not really any different than their pepperoni pizza, which costs less. We like the fast service, and the online ordering was easy, but not our favorite pizza.
