We stopped into this subway for lunch between doctors appointments. It was very busy but one of the two employees working, Emily, provided incredible speed and service. She was clearly doing her shift with a newer or just slower employee and gracefully picked up the slack. We got through the line very quickly, which wouldn’t have been possible without Emily’s effort and dedication to giving every customer there a good experience. She made our order, and every other order we watched her take, perfectly and efficiently. She never missed a beat — we were very impressed!

Subway? Sub-optimal is more like it! Might even be as good as sub-par, if you get a sweet onion chicken teriyaki and don’t find any hair in it! Last one I had came with a weave installed!

Ordered the #30 beast with a coupon and didn’t get the meats I was supposed to, the sandwich was much lighter and missing things. I asked for extra veggie on my other sandwich and didn’t get that either. When I called back to ask what happened the lady was rude and kept telling me “for the price you paid do you think we’re going to give you what you asked for??” the half a pound of meat is included so why wouldn’t I expect it to be on there???, when the sandwich i received was less then the normal amount of meat. Absolutely won’t go back, and the employee needs to be talked to. Clearly this has been an ongoing issue

The people were kind but they messed up my entire order I asked for extra stuff and sauce on my #3 and they put very little stuff on it and very little sauce and on my husband’s sandwich he asked for the recommended amount on his #3 but they covered his sandwich in sauce put it on white when he asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread they didn’t even toast his sandwich when he asked for his sandwich to be toasted I usually love to eat at subway but this store made me very dissatisfied with the store idk who was in charge but apparently they don’t know how to do there job and I’ve worked at subway before and it’s not that hard to make a sandwich to perfection. I would not recommend this store subway has because there employees are lazy and do not follow directions on sandwich making.

Ordered a Doordash from this subway, they didn’t have a specific item that I ordered ready BUT, kudos to both Doordash and Subway for both reaching out to me multiple times when I didn’t answer the first few. Hunter was incredibly friendly over the phone, the food was delicious, and the substitution was also an unexpected delight. Thank you guys!

They are in capable of making three sandwiches without messing up all three only one of them had the right bread they forgot the cokes make up for all of the missing ingredients they gave an extra cookie yeah that really really helps if you were out any of the ingredients you could just call the number like every other restaurant that I’ve ordered this from and that includes other subways
