Only a couple nice people at this location. Only a few people know how to efficiently do their job. At least three times this week my chi tasted like straight latte, yuck! Today again and the egg bites I ordered for $4. Only came with one not two and it looked like a testicle! I had tipped them $5. Before I realized how shty my order came. I expect corporate to reimburse me for my wasted money. $15.00.

I just want to say that I appreciate Tim Hortons for their quality foods and drinks. But the employees that work the window, especially the one with the dyed red Afro puff. There’s a few rude window workers that provides poor service. Perhaps corporate needs to make a surprise appearance. I asked for senior discount after my order, that was not applied. When I got to the window to pay for it, the cashier lied and said it was applied. But it was not once I asked and looked at my receipt. So I went inside, to the Manager who is very kind as she is always kind when she works the window. Then I had another person come up and to rudely say well it’s only 30 cents. Okay but if Tim Hortons offers senior discount, who are you to deny it for the seniors. Do better in hiring. They should be thankful to have a job.

Never have food ready , they make you drive around to the front door and wait . Already running late to work . Won’t be stopping here again on a time crunch . Also not very friendly and I asked about gift cards which I planned on spending $200 on , was told they only take cash ! Seems kinda strange seeing it’s Tim hortons so must be a tax shady thing happening. If it was a small business I could totally see why but come on !! Oh well they missed out on money and I’m sure I’m not the only one . Last time here … do better .. you don’t even get a thank you just seems I was annoying them .

I can’t lie I have been coming here for years reactions can occur call your doctor right away if you years since Tony was the manager me and my family enjoy the coffee and the cookies but lately the baked goods the cookies has been they either old 4 burnt I did a doordash order an ordered about six of them 6 chocolate chip cookies in the Dasher call me they they couldn’t even make any fresh like I feel like if we paying money if we’re going to get like a big order them cookies is not cheap and we going to get a big order you know they should be able to do an order for fresh cookies yeah sure asking for fresh baked goods should never be a problem however when Tony was the manager she always let me order fresh baked cookies the day after Christmas and they was all nasty hard they actually tastes like they just been sitting there for about a day dry so but I do love Tim Hortons I’m not going to stop going to Tim Hortons but I just be sometimes you know like I don’t drive good in the snow so they they’re closer they’re convenient butt but I do travel ways some ways just to go get the breakfast croissants in the cookies everywhere else they always fresh I just feel like we should always have an option to get fresh baked goods especially if it’s a big order at this location they just seems not to care oh we only have two we only have two cookies left when Tony used to work here she would say oh but I could put you some I can make you some fresh ones but you is going to be a minute you have to wait we we had the option you know but yeah

Just visited this location. Sat in the drive thru line, to order breakfast sandwiches, only to find out that they were out of eggs. Seems like most of the time they are out of something, hashbrowns, croissants and now eggs this time. You just lost a customer!!!

First thing I noticed was everything was all busted in the drive thru I get accidents happen but fix it got damn. But I wouldn’t even be posting this if my coffee had the espresso I paid for in it. Paid for 2 shots and there isnt one in this cup. Would have usually turned around but did not have the time. Might of tried to look past that but last but not least the woman working drive thru literally snapped on me when she asked me to repeat the coffee order. I was half way thru repeating myself as she sternly says I ALREADY GOT THAT. I said oh ok I apologize and she asked me to repeat the food portion. 10 out of 10 would not recommend. This is my first time ever suggesting this but go to the one on gratiot. They at least give you the 4 dollars in espresso. Not just a sugary watered down coffee. Will not spend a dime here again.

I had not been to Tim Hortons in a while, this was my first time at this location. I went to the drive thru, it was not busy. My breakfast wrap was good and my cappuccino was delicious.
