I love this place, but, more importantly, my girlfriend loves this place.
Today was my girlfriend’s birthday, and management accommodated our party of 18 (11 adults, 7 children) with little more than a 30-minute heads up. The food was great as always (we got pizzas, wings, fries, and desserts), but it was the service that really impressed me. Our group took up the space between the kitchen door and the restroom, but staff worked around us seamlessly. They tended to us throughout the party. They even insisted on helping us rearrange tables and chairs during setup so that we could all be seated together. I couldn’t have asked for more.
In the words of my gf, “Best birthday ever!”

This pizza place is convenient. And that’s it. It is nothing like real NY pizza. The crust tastes like cardboard. Even though it’s convenient, I’ll never get their pizza again.

This place used to be the happening place for pizza until it was sold to the current owners. They’re definitely not Italian anymore. I walked in on Wednesday night for a couple slices of pizza to take to work at 730pm, the gal at the register looks up from her phone and looks at me. I look at the pizza case…EMPTY…nothing on the rack either to the far right. I finally speak and ask her are you out of pizza? She says, UH-HUH. What pizza place runs out of pizza when you still have 90 minutes until you close for the night? REALLY? Stop trying to be a an all inclusive restaurant with your tacos and subs and stick to what we want…good NY style pizza available when you are open. Unbelievable. Never again will I step foot in that establishment.

My wife and I are originally from Buffalo NY. We eat a lot of pizza and wings. The military has moved us around the last 20yrs. We have had pizza from a lot of places. The Chicago deep dish is the only pizza we’ve had that can compare to buffalo pizza. It’s not really deep dish, more thick crust. It’s great pizza! Crispy bottom. Delicious crust. The wings are large and delicious. We really enjoy their food and will be ordering many more meals! Thanks for providing quality food and service.

Food was ok. The quality has gone down over time, which is a bummer because the first time I went here it was awesome. I think they have new owners and they serve old pizza that they reheat. The by the slice pizzas in the case looked really dry and old, and I didn’t see a heat lamp or anything to keep it warm, which can be a food safety and quality issue. I’m willing to try it again… maybe they were having a bad night?

The pizza was really delicious, with a thin and crispy crust and super fresh and juicy ingredient. I loved it

We’ve been to I Love N.Y Pizza many times and usually love their food, especially the paneer pizza.
However, our last visit was a bit disappointing. The pizza we received was clearly overcooked,
but when we brought it up, the staff insisted it wasn’t burned.
That was frustrating, but aside from that, the experience was still decent. The atmosphere and other menu items were as good as always. Hoping for better consistency next time!

We ordered delivery a few weeks ago at work. We ordered over the phone and the service was great. The pizza was a huge hit and disappeared quickly. Highly recommend the pepperoni rolls and the Roma pizza!! We will definitely order from here again

Worst pizza in town. Don’t waste your money. Go to Piesanos. Their pizza doesn’t have any flop. Real NY pizza doesn’t flop when you pick it up. New York pizza is cooked in a fire oven and crispy on the bottom. The owners should invest in a restaurant that serves food from their home country rather than trying to serve pizza with a flop. Definitely a huge disappointment to assume they know what real New York pizza is. A trip to NY to eat real NY pizza would prove even to them that they should invest in different cuisine. No flop, cheap mozzarella, dirty kitchen, unsanitary practices, cell phones on counter where food is prepared, no hair nets, no gloves. The worse pizza ever

This used to be my favorite pizza in town, but it’s become increasingly disappointing over the past two years.
Consistently every time I go here the pizza is undercooked and soggy, or just flat out burnt. It’s never during a time when they’re busy and it can be justified as an accident, and it’s just at the point where I don’t want to risk wasting my money anymore.
