I’ve been in Peddler’s village many times before and never seen this place. Good for us… The lentil soup was so disgusting as pasta with chicken. Salad was ok. Just ok. No delicious. We saw how woman near us refused to eat her order as well. We didn’t eat soup and pasta. The waitress saw that and didn’t ask if we like food or not. We told her this is so disgusting and impossible to eat and she said ok. No sorry. Nothing. Before she asked if we need some boxes. But obviously we don’t. the tile is broken on floor in some places. You can see the pictures of our today’s lunch. Never ever again. Not delicious at all and looking bad.

I’ve been to Villaggio multiple times for dinner and have always had great experiences, but I especially wanted to share how wonderful it was to host my rehearsal dinner there.

From my initial inquiry through the night of the event, the staff was incredibly responsive, organized, and helpful. On the day of the rehearsal, we were able to stop by early to drop off decorations and personal items, and the team set up the bar beautifully. Being able to simply drop everything off and trust that it would be handled so well made a busy day feel much less stressful.

We had about 30 guests, and everyone was so well taken care of. The staff did an amazing job managing a larger group — they were attentive, efficient, and genuinely kind throughout the evening. The food was excellent, and everything came out hot and delicious, even in large quantities. There was more than enough food for everyone, and our guests kept commenting on how much they enjoyed the meal.

For anyone planning a wedding in the area and looking for a relaxed, family-style rehearsal dinner, I would strongly recommend Villaggio. It was the perfect setting for such a special evening.

I went on a Tuesday Night, was not busy what so ever. Service was perfect and done in a timely manner. It was not too loud and I could enjoy my meal without getting tinnitus. You can close your eyes and imagine you’re at a beautiful Chalet in the country side of Rome. The decor of Villaggio is honestly really nice and fits the vibe.
I was honestly incredibly blown away by the Chef Special Chicken. The crust of the chicken was beautifully Crispy, crunchy, slight charcoal flavor but in a good way. The chicken itself was juicy, hot, and very well cooked. I just wish the pieces were bigger too enjoy!

The mussels were good, the sauce they are swimming in does help add decent flavors. I don’t have the best refined pallet for mussels I’ll admit, but they are good and worth checking out.
The bread is good with a little bit of olive oil on top.

If you’re walking around Peddlers Village after a long day of shopping n sight seeing, make sure you support local and go to Villagio.

Food was unpalatable. My wife and I got the fried mozzarella, which was okay, but soggy from being soaked in horrible marinara. Then we got the Gnocchi alla gorgonzola, and we couldn’t stomach more than two bites. The gorgonzola overpowered any other flavor and the gnocchi was dense. I wonder how so many people recommended it. We got a side of the meatballs, again they were edible but we had to scrape off the marinara. Absolutely a waste of 60 bucks eating here, but maybe we just didn’t order the right items.
Server was nice and pretty quick, but we chose not to complain about the food.

Prices are about 25-30 per entree, 15-20 for apps. We didn’t risk dessert, but maybe that would’ve saved the review. Probably not going to try it again though, lots of other options around.

My NEW FAVORITE Italian restaurant!

First time here on a busy night with friends.

I have high expectations for Italian food, but this place is exemplary!

For appetizers we had the ‘prosciutto and burrata’ and the fried mozzarella appetizer. Both were outstanding!

For entrees Husband had the cavatelli and broccoli which he enjoyed. I had the homemade papardelle with bolognese which was simply perfection.

Bread was served with olive oil. We did not have room for dessert, but the carrot cake looked great.

It’s byob here, and we will definitely be back with a bottle of wine. Run!- don‘t walk here. It’s fantastic!

We arrived when they opened so there was no reason for our waitress to awhile to get to our table or to come check on us. I got linguine and claims in a white wine sauce. Surprisingly it was bland and a couple of fresh claims. It was my first time having linguine and clams like this normally they are loaded with fresh and smaller clams. I loved their bread and oil. My friend had chicken and pasta and that looks incredible. I would definitely go back to give another try if I would be in the area but just try another dish. The atmosphere was great.

This was the only restaurant that had reservations available on a Monday before Christmas . The food (I had the shrimp) was really nice and the service was the best that could have been given the foot traffic. This is a BYOB place though which makes it even better. Fun family ambience to boot! Enjoy!

From beginning to end, this was a truly delightful experience. The easy availability of parking made everything so smooth, and it was clear that the food was fresh and prepared with lots of love. Every bite was a treat, and the staff was wonderfully warm and welcoming, especially for our group of 10 adults. I highly recommend calling ahead to make a reservation.

Lunch, Sunday afternoon – towards the end of our visit the place became very busy due to an event at Peddler’s Village. Service was fast, friendly, and professional. Bread is not bad, but nothing special. Clams casino appetizer is quite good. You’ll want the bread to help mop up every bit.

Cavatelli broccoli – “homemade pasta sautéed with garlic, olive oil and fresh broccoli, tossed with parmigiano cheese.” Sounds good, but was not. The broccoli was soft, so either a bit overcooked or originally frozen rather than fresh. This was not really the problem though. The dish just had little flavor, other than from the large slices of nearly raw garlic. It needed more olive oil, or more flavorful olive oil, and the garlic needed to be gently sauteed in said oil. Not near enough cheese either.

Gnocchi alla gorgonzola – “sauté of garlic, cream, gorgonzola cheese and baby arugula”. This had the opposite problem from our other dish: it was very flavorful, but perhaps excessively rich. We appreciated the home made potato gnocchi, but felt it would have been more enjoyable in a slightly thinner sauce. The garlic was also not cooked through, as was the case with the cavatelli broccoli.

BYOB. Plenty of parking except when Peddler’s Village has popular events.

Wonderful place. Mussels in red sauce are delightful. The gnocchi is delicious. The chicken parm as well as the chicken parm sandwich is very good. Overall a very great dining experience never had a bad meal here.
