Very disappointed with this location. I came in an hour before the place was being closed, and it looked like they were already on the verge of closing up. When I asked if they were open, the employees said yes. Great! I began to order. The employee was moving SO fast. I asked for 2 dressings after I got my rice, beans, and protein. He mentioned they had run out, which is no problem. That is usually the case that late at night. The toppings were ALREADY removed from the food line, so he mentioned they had everything except sour cream and lettuce. I really did not want a bowl without those 2. When I said I didn’t want it anymore, he said “great, I can eat it now”. It was almost as if he rushed me on purpose and didn’t warn me about what was missing so he could get a free meal. Quick tip to management: you’re probably losing a lot of money if this is common in your location: employees not warning customers ahead of time what they’re out of. Terrible experience and will never return again!

I wish I saw the bad reviews of a “nasty store” before I dined in here. I received a bag with an EMPLOYEE’S VAPE in it instead of the chips I ordered. Then a very casual “sorry, he put it in the wrong bag” as if someone’s personal stuff belongs in customer’s food orders. Thank God I noticed it in store, I can’t imagine going home and realizing you have someone’s vape in and near your other food items. That’s a huge hazard!!! I hate to be a “Karen” but this is infuriating, I should’ve raised hell!! Chipotle customer service is also crap. I’m so disgusted. Also, since when is a quesadilla here two pieces instead of four? Insane!

Please adjust your opening time on DoorDash and other platforms, as well as your google map. I came here TWICE, to pick up my orders which I PAID for. The app accepted the order and my MONEY. I came at 10:30, only a few minutes after I ordered, the worker did not hand me my order, and did not let me enter the store. If you were going to close at 10 then do not open your platforms and accept the orders if you can’t even give us the order. It is ridiculous, why am I paying for nonexistent food? Is this just a new strategy so the store could get more free money?

I placed a catering order with Chipotle several days in advance for my son’s 2nd birthday — a “Taco Twosday” party for about 25 people. I received a confirmation and delivery window of 6-6:15 PM, along with a tracking link. At 6:05 PM, the link suddenly updated to read: “Order canceled due to technical difficulty in store.” No call, no email, no warning — just gone.
I immediately called the catering support line, and was told there was “nothing they could do.” No attempt to make it right, no backup plan, and not even an apology beyond a scripted “sorry.” I was left with a house full of hungry guests and no food for my child’s birthday party.
This level of service is completely unacceptable. When a company takes a catering order for a major event and confirms it, there must be a backup plan and real-time communication if something goes wrong. Chipotle failed spectacularly on both counts. I expect management to take accountability, review how this happened, and ensure no other customer experiences a disaster like this again.

I’ve been to a lot of chipotle’s and this one consistently give small portions. Small chicken scoops and small scoops of all the toppings. Lettuce has to the most inexpensive topping and they still barely give you any!!! The bottom half of my bowls are barely even full, would not recommend!!

This place is somewhat good ordering in store but if your someone who gets it delivered, DONT. They consistently give small portions, forget something, or the foods ice cold. For the price of Chipotle nowadays this is just unacceptable.
