The lady that served us is very attentive and kind. The food is okay, fresh yes, but I wish they had the grill option for oyster too. Great view & sun, you can interact with this seagull, he was a polite seagull and a bit picky on food.

I don’t want to over-hype the food, i will say it was good! You have to try it especially the gigantic crab! Lots of flavor. Aside from the cran we stayed with lobster and shrimp options all very good and we closed out with Shrimp tacos! The view of the ocean was great although a bit cold depending on what time of the year you go. Overall great experience!

I can’t tell you how the food was because after waiting near an hour just to order and over an hour for the food, it never arrived. We left. Worse service I’ve had in mexico thus far. Do better Tia! Puerto Nuevo would never do this to us.

The food here is really great and they offer you a complimentary item to choose from such as: shrimp, ceviche or a round of piña coladas. We had two garlic shrimp and it was perfectly seasoned, breaded shrimp, and some kind of fish (sorry, I don’t know the name). For the fish, you’re able to choose which one you want them to prepare for you before you are seated. The establishment is clean, and you can choose whether you want to sit on the lower floor closer to the ocean, the middle floor where the room is boxed in glass walls where you can enjoy the view without too much a of a breeze or sit in the upper deck to enjoy the weather at its fullest.

I liked the shrimp empanadas, tacos governador, marlin tacos, fish tacos, and tasty lobster, but lobster was kind of small, I think? I hardly ever order lobster, but it was tasty.

The place popotla is getting pack with scamers, and robers when i whent there i saw lots of scamers just looking what to steal. Dint go its not recomended its better to go to puerto nuevo and or calafia.

Must stop when driving thru Baja. My favorite is the pescado frito con ajo – a whole fried fish with garlic butter/sauce. So flavorful. Beware of the seagulls. They are ruthless but that adds to the charm of the place. Approx $18 USD.

I just read the reviews and some people you just can’t please no matter what you do. Be sure to read thru a person’s reviews of other establishments before you pass judgment on a business I had one customer that posted a negative review of my company, then looked at all her reviews and she just flat out hates life. On the plus side, i tried Mariscos La Tia and was completely satisfied. Had the Volcan w/ lobster, shrimp and meats and vegetables. Absolutely delicious. Bit of a language barrier for me since i dont speak Spanish…..i will be returning again this weekend.
