It’s been a long time since I have eaten something delicious. Everything is handmade. Tortillas were the best. I was very hungry and ordered several items. The price didn’t matter to me at first, but they should put a price on their dishes. I spent $50 but I ended up satisfied.

Yum! Food was amazing. First time here. Enchiladas were made with shredded chicken and home made blue corn tortillas. Topped with a monster slice of carne asada that Salomon carves himself. Era muy sabroso! Their credit card machine is temporarily down so just in case bring some cash.

Quality of the food was top notch. It may seem overpriced but honestly from the quantity they are giving you it all comes out evenly. Super friendly owners and handmade tortillas were delicious. Even the super spicy green salsa had good flavor to it.

The owners were extremely kind and even shared information about the place, the food, and where the different ingredients come from. They were making fresh tortillas while speaking with me, which made the experience even better.
I don’t eat meat, and they were able to accommodate that, so I ordered the gorditas and two mushroom tacos (DELICIOUS!). Absolutely amazing and authentic so if you’re looking for the real deal, this is the place!

The food itself is pretty decent. The tortillas are homemade for sure. Everything comes out fresh and is authentic. The only problem I had was that the menu didn’t have prices so you get a bad surprise at the end of your meal. $6 for a taco is pretty insane. $12 for a quesadilla made with a single tortilla. Yikes! The lengua taco was pretty good, but not for $6…

This has quickly become my new favorite restaurant in Shelton, and I’m so glad I discovered it! The food is bursting with flavor and beautifully authentic, making every bite a treat. The space itself is bright and spotless, and the owners are incredibly kind and personable, which makes the whole experience even better. I can’t wait to make my way through the rest of the menu, and I highly recommend this hidden gem to anyone looking for an amazing meal in Shelton.

Everything was very delicious and fresh. Actual authentic Mexican flavors. If all you are used to is Americanized Mexican food you might be in for a surprise. It is an open and visible kitchen and everything was very clean and tidy. We went all out and ordered carne asada tacos, quesabirria, red pozole, and the enchilada plate. Everything was obviously made in house from scratch and it was amazing. The tacos and enchiladas were made with fresh pressed blue corn tortillas. The sauces,salsas, and consomme were robust and smoky from the chilis. There was a self serve condiment bar that had shredded cabbage, limes, cilantro, salsa Verde, salsa roja, diced onions, radish, and roasted chili peppers. Will 100% be returning to support this new local gem. Service was also very welcoming and warm. A very nice change in flavor from other places in town

They scammed me and my lady. We had ordered 3 carne asada tacos for her and 4 for myself. They don’t have prices on the menu but I figured tacos are typically pretty cheap. She wouldn’t let me pay until we were done eating. We got some mystery meat (I’m assuming pork) which is fine, just not what we asked for. But when we went up to pay, it was $54. Just for tacos and 2 waters. She didn’t know what to charge and made up the price on the spot. Food was okay at best, but the price was just insane. If they were realistic on pricing, maybe I might come back. MAYBE. But, as of now, I definitely know to avoid this place.

This business offers tasty food and excellent service. I see lots of people complaining about prices. If you are not sure how much it is, why not ask when ordering, rather than complain about it later. ♀️ Food can be pricy but you definitely get a good amount of food per plate! The tacos are huge! And DELICIOUS!

Im here now, I may not leave. Its clean, it smells good in here, and someone was happy to see me walk in their door. The food portions are big and its so very tasty, EXCELLENT SALSAS. The condiment bar sets this spot apart.
