I used this location for some catering. I almost immediately received an email from their catering manager letting me know how to pick up my order. I also received a phone call at my pickup time. A gentleman walked out my entire order to the car (He appeared to be a manager. I’m sorry I missed his name). He double-checked the order and I made sure that I had everything. The food was hot and everything was as promised.

I went through drive thru and ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe. I was looking forward to digging into my sandwich when I noticed that there was no chicken in it! There’s the bread lettuce tomato and cheese but NO CHICKEN! I am so disappointed! They got my money I have no dinner!

Paid for large fries to receive a medium amount in large container. This scamming of quantity has to be exposed. This is happening more and more. The lack of integrity in this chick Fil A Is appalling. Profiting from cheating your customers from food they paid for is despicable. This is the third time this happens in the same location. Managers need to do better!!!!

This location is pretty bad, and this was the final time I’m willing to visit. I’ve visited probably a dozen times, and they gave me the wrong order 3 or 4 of those times, and they just now literally refused to let me order, almost as if the cashier was completely deaf, or something like that.
Not only do they obviously not know what they’re doing in the kitchen, but I can only assume what just happened was some type of discrimination against me, which obviously shouldn’t happen

Do NOT eat at this particular Chick Fil A that is in Altamonte Springs Mall! I ordered the market salad (which I eat at least 6 times a month) and after eating 3 bites of it I realize the chicken in it is GREEN!! Talk about trying to kill someone! There is no excuse whatsoever for this, none! Where is the quality control. When I took it back the cashier and another employee standing near the register were both grossed out by it. The manager tried to tell me it was green from the score marks?? I’m not stupid! Those score lines are not even real! That was a blatant LIE! Just admit you sold me GREEN chicken, return my money and then go check the rest of your salads before you kill someone! Of all the meats to not play with chicken is the worst! This manager held no regards for my health, let alone my life! So if you value your health and your life do NOT eat here!

Service is fast and the employees are very respectful. Probably the most fresh food in the altamonte mall since this is the busiest restaurant at the food court.
