First time eating here. We enjoyed it very much. Hubby was completely satisfied by the size of his pot pie. When it comes to eating out he is a very hard critic. Today he was happy. Staff greeted us when we walked in and for a group of young employees they were quiet. That made our experience even better. Will be coming back.

When I tell you the time you walk into this place this lady named Nacoria Robinson was an amazing come to find out she’s a general manager but you wouldn’t even think so because she was treating everybody like they were above her greeted every customer on top of being busy make sure every meal was right before they left if it wasn’t she was making sure it was taken care of not waiting for a customer to come back she took initiative to do it herself on top of that the food is hot and fresh go visit her if we had more people like her and food industry it would really mean something this is what it looks like when someone cares about their job just don’t do it for money

I placed an online order for a family dinner and chose the drive-thru pickup option specifically so I wouldn’t need to get out of the car—especially since my young son was with me. I arrived early, so I fully expected a short wait for the food to finish.
When I pulled up to the window, the manager on the headset told me to pull forward “past the trash can” because the order wasn’t ready. That was fine—I understood. But after 30 minutes of waiting, still no food, no update, and no one checking on my vehicle.
I finally got my son out and went inside. I asked for the manager who spoke to me through the headset, and she casually told me that she forgot about my order. How do you forget the first car sitting in the drive-thru? A car you personally directed to pull forward?
What made it worse was her attitude—no real apology, no urgency, and she seemed almost comical about the situation. No remorse, no professionalism.
This experience was extremely frustrating and unacceptable. If customers can’t rely on basic courtesy, attentiveness, or accountability—especially from management—then something needs to change. I will not be returning until customer service is taken seriously.

I purchased 3 8 piece all dark chicken (Tuesday special) and 24 biscuits. The cashier initially rang up the order completely wrong and had no idea how to fix it. Fortunately the manager on duty finally fixed that problem. You would think that 8 pieces of dark chicken would be 4 thighs and 4 drumsticks but it was mostly drumsticks. To top it off they crammed all 24 biscuits in a bucket so we wound up with a lot of mashed biscuits like the ones in the picture I’m posting. The only good things I can say is the restaurant is clean and the food tastes like it should.

The atmosphere was not welcoming and I had to wait over an hour for my food. I had used the drive through and they had me pull up and would bring me my 2 pot pies. They should have told me how long the wait would be instead of saying “it will be just a few minutes.” 69 minutes was exactly what I waited! No excuse for not telling the truth so I could have had the option to change nge my order. Not good sagervice! Manager gave one excuse after the other and it was always different. Poor service.

Grease definitely needed changing. Chicken was extremely dark compared to other KFCs and tasted like burnt flour. Taste nothing like any KFC I’ve eaten at.

Literally one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve had in a while. Ordered online. Walked in expecting my order to be ready, instead I waited 20 minutes while watching 8 different people walk in and get their prefers and leave. Everyone moving at a snails pace. They gave out several incomplete orders too. In the end I had to settle for another side because they didn’t have any fries ready. This place is awful. Bad customer service. Bad management. They are not prepared to be a restaurant. Go ANYWHERE else

When I got to my car and opened my box of chicken it was so hot it was steaming. This makes the chicken wet and soggy. Please turn the holding warmers temperature down to a holding temperature, not a cooking temperature.

Absolutely horrible service everytime i come in here. I don’t even come here to eat. I am a dasher and I have to come pick up food here. Every time without fail, 30 to 40 minute wait time and that’s on a good day. If you go through drive thru, you will get your food quickly but never if you come inside the restaurant. This place needs to either close or get new management in place to run the night shift better. As I am writing this. I have been standing by the register for about 10 minutes and not 1 person has come to greet me to see what I need. I have been able to type all this without any interruption by an employee to help me. Do not order from here if you can help it!
