Went to the Chick-fil-A on South Main and Kirby (looked like Rice Village). I pulled up to the drive-thru and the lady told me they weren’t serving breakfast anymore. Perfect, because it was my son’s birthday and he wanted chicken tenders. I ordered a combo of chicken tenders plus some extra tenders for the dogs.
We get all the way to our destination—20 minutes away—just to realize they gave us breakfast food with ketchup, barbecue sauce, and fries. How does that even happen? They literally told me it wasn’t breakfast time, then gave me old breakfast anyway. What was I supposed to do with that?
I called back and spoke with Allison, but she didn’t offer me any real solutions. Now I’m stuck with food I can’t use, on my son’s birthday of all days. Big disappointment

This is my least favorite location. I bypass it to go to others. The owner operator is very stingy compared to others. I’m used to getting surprise offers on the app due to location loyalty but never. Kudos to the owners who are generous. If you’re an app user… patronize other locations. They appreciate you more.

Walked here because they have a walk-up order window and chairs outside. The walk-up order window was closed. The drive thru was open. I asked what we should do. They said they closed the order window 2 hours before close. They asked if we had a car.
What a joke. Would they be happy if we stood in the drive thru line and pretended that we had a car? Or maybe we should walk home, drive back, and then wait in the drive thru line?
It’s so stupid it’s funny. I would have liked to have eaten, though.
Here’s an honest message to the store owner. How much would it cost to staff the order window for an additional 2 hours? We weren’t the only customers waiting at the walk-up window.
Chick fil A normally prides itself on service. You left us standing there and wouldn’t serve us. I want to emphasize this: you refused to serve multiple customers today, not because they were rowdy or misbehaving, but because they walked to your walk-up window, and you told them they should come back with a car if they wanted to eat your food.
This is a shameful display of a Chick fil A.

Good food but this was the worst flow-run CFA I have ever been to. It is very busy, but they all are. The had 2 lanes, probably 4-6 staff out taking orders like normal, but still pushes everyone to 1 lane. I have never seen that at a CFA. Unfortunately it made everything slower. Thankfully the food was still good!

I ordered the sausage breakfast bowl. It had no cheese, the meat wasn’t cut up, and I paid with 2 gift cards which should have left a balance of $18.+, they took the balance of $10.+ off of the 1st card and the whole $20 off the second card. I called and now I have to wait on CFA Cares to open for the complaint.

I get Chick-fil-A every day for breakfast six days a week. Usually don’t have a problem, but it seems like this store don’t have their stuff together. I’ve never seen a Chick-fil-A with this many bad reviews and I know why now.. I won’t have Chick-fil-A today. I did online order through Chick-fil-A delivery order takes forever to get picked up, And finally, it gets canceled. And it says because they couldn’t fulfill my order so I called up there and the lady tells me they’re not out of anything. They have everything. Talk tell her the situation I just bought On delivery and use my points for a chicken biscuit and she told me there’s nothing she can do for me. She obviously could care less. Then I called the contact information they give you on the app and they tell me it’s gonna be 5 to 7 business days before I get my money back and if I want my points, I have to call Chick-fil-A. Chick-fil-A is telling me they can’t do nothing. So if I want breakfast this morning, it’s gonna cost me about $40. I’ve never had anything like this at Chick-fil-A. I can look at my status and it should not happen. Corporate should really look at all of the reviews because this location is bringing their reputation down Chick-fil-A I’ve ever called. Does everything I can to help you besides this on.

Drive thru: order market salad and kid meal to go: no knife fork or almond granola for the salad, . They try to go fast and lost important details. I can not eat my salad… no chick fill a sauce
The limonada just ice no enough juice, no real attention to orders and check if there everything inside bags!!

No in store eating! Drive thru only, but we had just come from a downtown hospital and wanted to eat in.
Food was delicious, beautiful presentation, but cold by the time we drove back to the hospital.
