At first, I thought the salmon from the warmer looked a bit dried out, but the server immediately offered to make me a fresh piece. That’s top-notch customer service! She was so patient with me, especially since it was my first time at CHOPT and I felt a little overwhelmed with all the options. Her suggestions were spot on, and I really appreciated her kindness.
The ambiance was fresh and bright with big windows letting in lots of natural sunlight. I chose to sit outside on the patio and enjoyed the warm sun while savoring every bite. I paired my salad with a bottle of Saratoga spring water—simple, refreshing, and perfect.
CHOPT definitely impressed me with both their food and service. I’ll be back!

I’ve been meaning to write a review for Chopt since Halloween. The staff that afternoon was so kind to me and my son, and that experience really stuck with me. I came in again today and was greeted and helped right away. Mac was super sweet and made the visit even better.
